This brand new apartment includes an entire 3-bedroom, 2-full bath/shower apartment with a private balcony that features an unparalleled view. Includes lakefront access, with patio furniture, grill, and bonfire. Roku smart TV`s in all bedrooms & living room. Have a boat? An optional dock space as requested is available. Reserved off street parking for up to 3 vehicles is included. Free use of kayaks!
We are located right in the famous Finger Lakes area and are surrounded by countless breweries and wineries. Letchworth State Park (the Grand Canyon of the East!) is a short drive away. The rental is located right next door to the Beachcomber`s Dockside Grill, Cabana Bar and Crab Shack Restaurant & Pub. Conesus Lake is gorgeous year round - the summer months are bustling with vacationers and the fall boasts incredible foliage.
Wineries, Breweries, Cidery, and several parks, & shopping, are all close by!
All lake rules must be adhered to and are on the refrigerator for your viewing
Please supervise children by the road, on the balcony and anywhere near the water for their safety
