Nestled between mountains and sea on Kauai’s spectacular north shore, our family's air conditioned condo welcomes you. Savor the Polynesian elegance and comfort of this charming & spacious townhouse, where you’ll enjoy lush, tropical surroundings with garden views and a wonderful sense of privacy.

This tastefully decorated ground level end unit is bright & airy, with lovely tropical décor throughout.

Set in the center of Princeville, our Plantation Townhome offers a vast array of nearby activities and points of interest, including Anini Beach, Sea Lodge Beach, Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach, Princeville Beach all within walking distance. Within a few minutes drive you can visit the Kilauea Lighthouse & Wildlife Preserve, exceptional snorkeling at Tunnels Beach and Ke'e Beach with it's breathtaking view of the Na Pali Coast, explore the expansive stretches of Lumahai Beach, Hanalei Bay Beach, Secret Beach and Rock Quarry Beach. Close by (walkable) is the Princeville market for groceries, shopping and dining, and the quaint Hanalei town with its extensive collection of eclectic shopping and dining just a few minutes down the road.

Please note, as part of our Keep Kauai Green initiative to encourage thoughtful electricity consumption we deduct the actual cost of the electricity consumed, as read from the e-meter. This cost is deducted from the deposit after the visit. The cost typically runs between $5 and $15 per day depending mainly on hot water, laundry, and air conditioning used during your visit. To get you through the first day or two we will have at least a couple of rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, liquid hand and dish soap, a couple dishwasher tablets, and enough laundry detergent to wash a load or two of laundry. For stays longer than a couple of days you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies on island or bring from home. You will also want to bring your own favorite shampoo and conditioner.

This condo had everything that was promised! Good location, the kitchen had everything you needed and more, and the gym and pool are right across the driveway. The gym had a bench, weights, and a bunch of cardio equipment and machines (no towels, mats, or foam roller). We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at Ken and Chloe’s condo. We were greeted to a beautiful welcome basket with goodies on arrival. The condo was extremely clean. It had a fully stocked kitchen. There were also numerous beach items, including chairs, towels, coolers, etc. for your stay. There was more than enough space for the four adults as two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. We enjoyed every morning on the lanai for breakfast. There was fantastic communication with Ken throughout our stay. At one point we had some difficulty with the door lock and he called right away to check on us. Also provided us with great helpful hints for beaches, restaurants, and grocery in the area. The location is perfect. You are extremely close to a grocery store, restaurants, and everything you may need. We are already looking at a stay for next year. Thank you both for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.!!!!

Cozy and welcoming property

This was the perfect place for our visit. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed as we prefer cooking our meals (vs going out).The setting is lovely and the patio welcoming. The owners were fabulous to deal with and if we come back to Kauai, we would look to stay here again.

We didn't spend a lot of time in it, but my son and I were very impressed with this place. Super comfortable to come back to after a long day of hiking and surfing. I liked that the units all have central HVAC, but we didn't even need it; and we stayed in June.

Condo was in a beautiful area close to shopping and Foodland. Beautiful Hanalei is just a few minutes away with more shopping and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy lanai morning and night. There was always a breeze blowing. The only negative thing to say is the number of rugs throughout the house. Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time here. The home is very clean and comfortable. I’m going to have to find out more info on the mattress because it is the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We knew we wanted to spend as much time at Hanalei bay as possible and this was just a very short drive. Best vacation ever!
