Relax on a cozy lazyboy couch or recline in one of the two comfortable recliners while being mesmerized by the ocean. If you can breakaway from the views there are several amazing beaches that fit all your various beach activities desires. Anini has amazing year round snorkeling and the iconic Hanalei Bay are just a short drive away or several beach trails are within a mile and walking distance from the condo. Comfortable King size bed and a chaise lounger in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen is well stocked and some beach gear is provided. Had a wonderful week staying here. Perfect spot. Perfect view. Enough space for two couples! Love that both rooms have ocean views. Everything we needed was provided including chairs and umbrella! Definitely will save this listing for future visits!

Incredible place

Wonderful place wirh an ideal location, would definitely stay again. Centrally located to everything north shore related with great beaches everywhere and incredible sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets just off the patio.

Had a great time at this condo. Unreal location. First floor with unfiltered views of the ocean. More spacious than I expected. Would recommend for a future stay. Easy parking. The grounds are well kept. The only issue we had was the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Amazing View! Very Relaxing Stay on Kaua‘i.

Kim’s condo was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved hearing the waves crash, watching sunrises & sunsets from our patio and being in a perfect location to explore the north shore.

Whale Watching

Nothing better than sitting out on the patio watching whales breaching and tail slapping. We had an excellent vantage point to enjoy this spectacle for 3-4 mornings.

You cannot beat this view!!! The interior was a delight as well! CLEAN!! Everything you will need/ want is provided. The beds are comfortable and provide a great night sleep with an ocean view in each room. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We cannot wait to return.

Wow!

We spent our honeymoon in this wonderful condo. The views were amazing. We drank coffee outside while listening to the waves. We enjoyed Tunnels Beach and took a Napali Coast tour. Met all our expectations

This property was exactly as described including all amenities. The owners attention to detail makes this property one of the best we have stayed in. The views are incredible just outside the condo. We were lucky enough to see whales everyday. We were also blessed with rainbows - even a double rainbow. The beach accessories came in very handy. Most properties do not provide this kind of service and we really appreciated it. I would recommend this property.

We feel very lucky to have found this magnificent home. Stepping outside onto the cliffside view and seeing the whales breach and do their courtship dance. Listening to the surf under the starlight. Wow. Brandi is a wonderful host, and her home has very nice kitchen accessories with very good cookware, sharp cutlery, and nice dinnerware. There are a lot of things I could write about this magical island and perfect accommodations, but I can't match the experience of actually being here. If you are looking for a place here in Kauai, this is the place to stay. Book now. I guarantee you'll love it. Mahalo.

This is a quaint and cozy place with an incredible view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the north shore at this cozy place. It had everything we needed and more. The unit was very clean, had an incredible view, and was a great value for the money. We loved having our morning coffee on the point as we listened to the ocean, watched the dolphins, and relaxed in the breeze. The unit was well equipped with all we needed for living while in Kauai. The three "fun closets" were a huge help in making our vacation fun and it saved us money. The owner was very helpful and communicated clearly all that was available and even answered a call in the midst of our stay with a question I had. The check in and check out process was so easy. We left the north shore to stay a few extra nights on the south shore and immediately missed our abode. We would stay here again if we get to return. It was a perfect place to enjoy our 20th anniversary!

Amazing vacation spot!

We took our first vacation to Hawaii with our 2 children, 10 and 4 yrs old over the holidays. We were really excited to stay in this condo but were even more thrilled when we got there. The view is truly amazing. If you're going to Kauai, you shouldn't stay anywhere that doesn't give you a view like this. 7 out of the 10 days, the kids and I parked ourselves on the Lanai with the binoculars and watched the whales. The owners are wonderful hosts providing touring information for everything. They were also available during our stay answering questions about where to find the turtles or good dining spots. The condo is perfectly located for walking or running distance to coffee in the morning or a good workout -- although there is a coffee pot in the condo. The grocery store is a hop, skip and a jump away. The best part is the condo location was right between the best surfing and snorkling beach! AND they have equipment available to use so you don't have to buy it at Costco while you're there. I've stayed at vacation homes via VRBO and this was by far the best experience.

Absolutely amazing condo and location!

My wife and I just returned from a 12 night stay here, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The condo and location are even better than described. I agree with Margy from Utah...sometimes it was hard to plan our days because the condo and it's location with the direct ocean view and the breeze off the Pacific made us just want to sit and relax, looking out over the ocean watching for whales. In fact, I wrote in my journal one day how difficult it was to leave the condo. It is everything you see in the pictures and more! Kim and Paul were excellent to work with and I would definitely recommend them, and this condo, to anyone, and already have. We walked on the trails around the nearby golf course, hiked the 8 mile round trip to Hanakapi'ai Falls on the Kalalau trail (awesome), hiked at Waimea Canyon, snorkeled at Ke'e Beach, drove to Barking Sands Beach and walked the beach there...drove all over the island. We also did a 5 hour snorkeling and whale watching tour on a catamaran that was lots of fun! The different terrain and sights that we saw were breathtaking! You gotta eat a Bubba's Burger if you go to Kauai! We definitely hope to return to the island and stay in this condo again! Thanks again Kim and Paul! Y'all are great to work with!

Location! Location! Location!

WOW!! What a view!! Spectacular panoramic oceanfront view from every room! Kim is absolutely the ultimate hostess with the most-est! You will want for NOTHING! When she says overflowing fun closets... she means OVERFLOWING! We had everything we could possibly need and then some! Her guest books include stories of her, her husband, her kids and furbabies. I feel like I got to know them through her stories and they are a wonderful family. In the guest book, she lists recommendations for every type of vacation you hope to have in Princeville. The condo is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BYOspices, as there was only vinegar, salt, pepper, but that was more than we've had at other condos we've rented. I'm sure guests use and leave different things all year. We HIGHLY recommend renting with Kim and Paul! It was everything they say in their description and more! We watched the sunset every night out front of the condo with other renters and some owners. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!

A beautiful place to spend a Kauai vacation! The views were amazing, and we enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises from the condo and the expansive lawn. The location was quite peaceful and very convenient for experiencing northern Kauai. The condo kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture throughout was comfortable, and there was a nice supply of beach accessories. Only minor issues were a very minimal supply of soaps (bath, dishwasher and laundry) and a couple of mornings/evenings with loud footsteps above us. Would highly recommend!

Awesome views

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is at the end of the building so there are people walking by to view the ocean. The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!!

Location, location, location

Loved staying in Princeville right on the cliff. Ocean sounds and view with coffee and birds on the bluff every morning and evening, and it’s close to wherever you want to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The only negative was the noise from upstairs neighbors. Their children had noisy toys, and we could also hear the adults walking. But we otherwise loved being on the ground floor, with chairs right outside on the grass. So many birds and whales!

Wonderful stay in Princeville

This condo is in the perfect location! Close to many restaurants and we had a lovely walk on the walking path along the golf course. I appreciated all the amenities this condo had. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!

The View is Everything!

We spent a beautiful week here, watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evening. Close to food in Princeville and the cute Hanalei town and bay. The Turtle Cove hike from the property was so much fun (did it 3 times). The ocean breeze with the balcony slider and windows open was amazing! Enjoyed the use of the beach equipment, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable! Loved hearing the wind, rain and waves as we slept. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for whale watching

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The only hitch was getting in the door! We kept trying the code on the lock box when it was REALLY an electronic code for the door lock! Once we figured that out it was a breeze. The views are amazing and we were very comfortable there. It was accessible to many places we wanted to explore! Thank you.

Everything you need

The house is fully equipped with everything you need. View is amazing. We sat on the patio and saw whales jumping/surfacing every single day. Home was comfortable and a nice place to relax after full days of seeing the rest of the island.

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful visit in the comfort of this condo. It was clean, cozy and well appointed from kitchen and bedding to beach equipment - so appreciated! The location and view are unparalleled - we had an amazing time watching the beautiful humpback whales right from the lanai. We hope to return some day. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The Good: The view was exceptional. Spotted whales right from our patio! Grocery store a mile away. The bad: This unit has not been updated since it was built in the 1970s. It is tired and worn. Recliners were broken. Bed sagged. No ice maker. No hot tub. We expected more for the price.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with not only the breathtaking views but the walk out unit. It really appealed to us. It gives you the feeling of having your own yard with a front row seat to the abundant sea life such as whales, turtles and many resident albatross that seems to fly by multiple times a day when they are on Kauai. The views from the cliff are breathtaking and that is always the first thing we hear when someone pulls up to our unit. This unit has a fun Hawaiiana feel with blue tile, tile inlays and a tropical vibe. This is one of the few units in Kauai that you have a mesmerizing ocean view from every room in the condo.
