"Casa Boom!" Beautiful 3 Bed, 2 Bath House/Pool on the Beach and Boom! A/C, Wifi

A Beautiful two bedroom two bath cement and custom hard wood house that is located steps from the beach (Playa Aserradores) and the incredible surfing wave the "Boom"! This modern style home boasts a comfortable open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and large windows for maximum airflow. Two separate bedrooms and guest bedroom as a new bunkbed, and both rooms are equipped with A/C and powerful imported ceiling fans to keep you and your guests comfortable during your stay. In addition this home has two full bathrooms that were recently fully remodeled and have hot water in the shower and sinks. Casa Boom has a cement counter island to greet you in the kitchen, perfect for cooking delicious meals on and as a breakfast bar and waxing your surfboards on. You will enjoy cooking on propane gas and the ample counter space that this home has and is also equiped with an american style propane gas grill to barbeque on. The center piece of the house is a custom made mandala that welcomes you every time you arrive home. The living room has a blend of unique handmade furniture from around Nicaragua and a large custom dining room table and flat screen smart T.V and Marshall blue tooth speaker. Casa Boom's master bed is a california king size while the guest bedroom is a queen size bed and both have brand new memory foam mattresses on them for added comfort. Both the living room and the master bedroom have sliding glass doors that overlook the patio area, pool and huge rancho. The large rancho is newly built and has handmande hammocks to relax in and basket lights at night. It also has a 12 foot live edge bar and stools that were handmade just for Casa Boom. The rancho is a great yoga space as well. Pool has been recently renovated with new bench, lights and descending staircase. The yard is tropically landscaped with a variety of flowering fauna, bushes and fruit bearing trees. (Papaya, sour sop, passionfruit, cacao, lime, mango, mandarin etc.) In the front yard the house enjoys some shade from an old growth banyan tree that is incredible for bird watching. There is a new basketball hoop and a two person swing in the driveway. The forest that surrounds is filled with a bird watchers dreams including daily sights of Nicaragua's national twin tailed bird the guardabarranco.
In addition to surfing the famous "Boom" the area of Aposentillo and Aserradores has additional breaks to surf at located within walking distance (play aposentillo) and over at Naluapa Bay. The few days that the waves are not breaking the area has other activities such as stand up paddle boarding on the estuary, fishing, horseback riding, yoga, hiking, volcano boarding, bird and wildlife viewing, bike riding, dirt bike riding and local restaurants and bars.
The local community is friendly and lively with selling a delicious variety of street food that will keep you coming back for more! The nearby towns of Chinandego and El Viejo have exciting street markets and vending at incredible prices that will keep the shopper happy for many visits. In addition there are two major grocery stores in town as well as a bunch of great restaurants and bars that get even more fun as the day turns into the night!
