SOLAR is a large modern apartment with one bedroom, ideally located 5 minutes from the beaches and quiet.

Modernly decorated, it is a very bright apartment, welcoming and very well equipped. You will be seduced by the brightness and size of the apartment. Its terrace will allow you to benefit from the sun while having a view on the greenery.
The location, close to the sea, allows you to enjoy the city while being quiet.

ATTENTION: The parking included is the collective parking of the residence, there is no assigned space and they are limited. If necessary, it is possible to reserve another private parking lot located 10 minutes away on foot (on request and according to availability).
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has free wifi internet connection.

Located on the Baumettes neighborhood, close to the Museum of Fine Arts, you will be just a few minutes walk from the sea and beaches. Hardly further, you will find the city center with the Carré d'Or, the Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrian street with its restaurants, Jean Médecin and its shops, Place Masséna or the Old Town.

A few minutes from the apartment, you will find a bus stop, allowing you to move easily in Nice and the surrounding area.

The SOLAR is arranged as follows:

TERRACE:
Nice terrace with clear view having a table and 2 chairs.

LIVING ROOM :
Equipped with a corner sofa, a flat screen TV. This living room also has a dining area with a large convivial table for 4 people. Leading to the terrace and is equipped with a fan.

KITCHEN:
American kitchen overlooking the living room, separated from it by a bar. It has a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. Give on the terrace.

BEDROOM :

Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
