This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room with sofa and TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle.



Access



Apartment is ideally located close to the Place du Pin between Garibaldi Square and the Harbor, 5 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram.

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. There are several shops down the building like pharmacy, supermarket, bars... Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Port Lympia. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 300m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 500m away on the Harbor.

Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Promenade des Arts.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
