This bright and cheery condo is waiting for you to create long-lasting vacation memories! A fireplace is ready to provide warmth in winter, and the deck is perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and you'll have access to resort-style amenities on-site.
Access to pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a children's playground right in the condo community. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are close by at both Alpine Meadows and the beautiful Squaw Valley Resort, home to the 1960's Olympic winter games. Summer is filled with activities such as fishing at the Truckee River, rafting, and numerous hiking and bike trails. If you are there on a Thursday evening, check out Truckee Thursdays, a fun family night with arts and crafts, food trucks, and entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
