The Cape Charles Beach Bungalow, features a 1st floor primary suite! This 3 bedroom (+ sleeping loft), 2.5 bath (+ outside shower) home is located in the Historic District, providing sunset views from the comfort of the covered front porch. Decorated in clean, simple Old Cape Charles Style, no detail has been overlooked! All furnishings are new, or carefully restored - not grandma's hand-me-downs!

The Cape Charles Beach Bungalow features a downstairs primary suite with a full bath, queen bed and smart TV. The open living, dining and kitchen areas allow for easy first floor living. A luxury sectional sofa maximizes seating around a wall-mounted smart TV. The dining table seats 7-8, plus seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen includes under-cabinet lighting, brightening prep areas. Recessed lights (inside and outside) are controlled by dimmers, allowing for individualized lighting control. Also downstairs, a 1/2 bath is directly inside the front door/covered porch. As a newly built home, there are lots of conveniently located electrical outlets.

Located upstairs are two private bedrooms + a sleeping loft/secondary living area. One private bedroom has a queen bed and one private bedroom has two twin beds. The sleeping loft has two double/full platform beds (perfect for kids & teens), as well as another smart TV. The upstairs rooms share a full bath, with plenty of hooks for towels. All beds have new mattresses and lots of pillows. Solid surface flooring downstairs, carpeting upstairs.

Outside, rinse off in the corrugated metal shower, enjoy swinging in the Nags Head Hammocks swings, and gather with friends and family in the mature, tree-shaded back yard, which has seating for 10! The covered front porch has a comfortable second dining area, providing sunset views.

As seen in the photos, the beach is located at the top of Washington Avenue, a direct walk or cart ride from the Bungalow. Renting a golf cart? A dedicated outlet to recharge your ride is conveniently located on the front corner of the home.

This child friendly home also includes: Wi-Fi + Cable, Washer/Dryer, Pack N Play, Toddler Mattress (w/sheets), Portable High Chair, Children's Step-Stools, Children's Toys, Board Games/DVDs/Books, Beach Towels (10 - Guest must launder, if used ), Outdoor Gas Grill, Toaster, Crock-pot, Blender, Traditional Coffeepot & Keurig, Small Food Processor, Hairdryers (2), Iron/Ironing Board, Assorted Beach Chairs and Beach Toys.

Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Upon arrival, guests will receive a starter bag of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags and a new kitchen sponge. Each bathroom will have a new roll of toilet paper and hand soap. The kitchen will have a roll of paper towels, liquid dish soap and hand soap.

No pets, no smoking (strictly enforced).

The Cape Charles Beach Bungalow is on a quiet block including year-round residents. Please be considerate of our neighbors. This home is suitable for families and mature adults only.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A BASIC SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

The Town of Cape Charles requires a $4/night fee, which is shown as 'Administrative Fee'.
