Accurate listing

The property description and pictures are accurate and exactly as listed on VRBO. Parking was very very hard. This was my only complaint. Bed was comfy and easy to sleep on. Really close and easy to access the boardwalk and beach.

Contacted us at checkin time to make sure we were okay. Everything thought out from the extra towels to sleeping pads. Neighbors were pretty quiet. Awesome location. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent!

Fantastic location! Less than a minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. I was a bit concerned due to my husband recently had ankle surgery but everything was within walking distance- restaurants, shops, Belmont park... it worked out great! My only disappointment was the garage. It was extremely narrow and difficult to get in and out of. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we had an amazing time!

The place was as described.

Great little condo and location with seconds to the beach. The only thing was that the couch was not a pull out as the PM had indicated in an email but my teenage son was fine sleeping on the couch. Otherwise it had evywe needed for a comfortable stay. The king size bed was super comfy! Garage is small as noted in the posting - just want to mention that compact car would be best. The rental company upgraded us to a Camry and didn’t think about the garage size when I agreed. It fight but it was tight. Nice to have laundry on site!

Mission Beach apartment

The unit was basic, well-kept, and convenient to the beach. No complaints about the property or the rental process; the main attraction of the neighborhood is hanging out by the water.

Great Little Apartment

My partner and I were very happy with the Apt. The owners addressed our questions promptly and even got a larger TV just before our visit. There is a very small garage for parking which in that area is gold. So close to everything and you can walk to beaches on both sides. The Apartment has a quaint old school wood paneling look that was very pleasant. The only issue we had which was stated by previous tenants was the serious trash issue for that and the adjoining unit. This does need to be addressed. Oddly the grubhub and Lyft drivers could always find us by the huge trash pile in the alley. I would still stay here again despite.

Cozy Indeed

When my husband and I wanted to extend our stay on Mission Beach after our family vacation was over, we needed a smaller one bedroom place for just the two of us. This cozy little place caught my eye. It appeared to be neat and tidy as well as the right size. We enjoyed everything about the inside of this apartment. It was clean, I mean really clean and I'm a picky person. It has plenty of towels and bedding and extra cots, and futons if there happens to be more than a couple of people staying, although I will mention the couch does NOT fold out to a bed which we didn't need but it is advertised. I believe the couch is new as it has the new leather smell so the one in the picture must be the original sofa bed. The washer and dryer in the garage is not coin operated which was a pleasant surprise. The reason I gave this wonderful little bungalow 4 stars is the appearance of the ally way. Some of the garbage cans have red stickers on them indicating they are damaged so the garbage collectors will not empty them. During our stay the garbages were so full and overflowing but due to the red stickers they were unable to be dumped. Since this was our only entrance into the apartment it made it unpleasant coming and going. The owners need to report to the city to come and replace the garbage cans so this problem can be resolved. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
