We usually stay in Pacific Beach, our reservation was canceled last minute, and we ended up here, and I’m so glad we did. The space was comfortable and clean, with a wonderful location just steps from the beach. Mission beach was lovely, and not nearly as loud as I thought it would be. It will be a difficult decision next year to come back here or go back to PB.

Great location to any & everything, beach was literally steps away & the place had just about everything you would need from fans to a fully equipped kitchen. The garage fit our Mid-size SUV (GMC ACADIA) perfectly & a washer and dryer to do laundry

Charming property - steps from the beach - close to everything

We loved our stay at this property. It was lovely and clean and spacious. You can tell it is well cared for - everything was working and in good shape. Bed was a luxurious king size, perfect for getting great rest after a long day at the beach. We had no issues with getting the car into the garage - we rented a Nissan Sentra - we backed in and driver had easy access to get out. Belmont park was a very short walk away, so great access to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We've never been to San Diego and this was our first VRBO experience. We were super nervous but the managers were very friendly. We go to our destination wat ahead of schedule and they let us check in early! Which was great for my 9 year old! We'll be back:)

Cute, Clean and Close to the Beach

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment is adorable and well appointed. Had everything a single or couple could want, including a king sized bed! The garage is small and in a narrow alley, so don’t rent an oversized car. I had to exchange my rental SUV for a Toyota Camry. Even then, I had to back in with the mirrors pulled in. Nonetheless, it was easy enough. The location is only one block from Mission Beach restaurants, shops and amusements, ½ block from the beach and boardwalk, and just a few short blocks to the bay, which was superb. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfy place and short walk to beach

We really liked this place, it's a small unit behind a bigger one so the patio is shared, but the people in front were nice so no problems there. We could walk right over to the beach just past a couple of houses. Parking was tight, but that is everywhere, at least we had parking! kitchen was small but just what we needed. place was clean and we had everything we needed, it's not fancy, but very nice for the price.

Convenient

Convenient to restaurants and beach but parking is very limited. Parked down the block as the condo is in an alley. The other tenant then decided I guess that the small garage space was up for grabs and decided they would use it. Unfortunately that meant that when I was loading and unloading my truck I could not use the space even to pull in part way.

this property was perfect for us! location is near everything. it is spacious with lots of storage. having a garage was amazing even if to store bike etc. this was one of my favorites that we have stayed in and will be back.

Clean place, good location. No sofa bed as described, need to blow up an air mattress. Overall a good place to stay close to the beach. Honda Pilot fit fine in the garage.

Nice room, but tiny garage

The room was nice and clean, spacious, and private. The location was convenient to beach and bay. The only drawback was the teeny, tiny garage. We didn't have a tape measure, but the dimensions given must have been before the water heater, storage boxes, washer/dryer, wooden post, etc. were put in. Once parked (very difficult), we didn't use our car until it was time to go home, because we didn't want to go through the hassle to get it back in again..
