Newly updated, private home with high ceilings, lots of natural light + modern decor. Sleeps 8 - open floor plan, 3 bed/2 bath with hardwood floors, game room that features foosball and air hockey, fireplace, master with tub and shower, large walk in closet.
Master br with KING bed, desk& TV, wifi, cable, 65” smart tv. Just steps to community pool, parks & more! free parking!

Guest access
Full access to everything including garage, laundry machines, kitchen and everything else the house has to offer except two closets that are locked.
Kitchen stocked with basic pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware and measuring cups. We have a coffee maker as well. Access to one Smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Other things to note
Please note the pool is open seasonally and the HOA opens and closes the pool at its discretion. Some guests that book for spring/fall dates may not have access to pool. Pool can also be shut down without notice in the middle of a guest stay for maintenance. This is all beyond our control. All guests that wish to use pool must use the access key/card located in the drawer to the left.

It was a perfect location for my family, that traveled in from NY, FL and Okinawa for a family function in the neighborhood. I live a 4 minute walk door to door.

Great pool and location for families!

This house is much bigger than the pics provided. It’s easy to get other places and the kids loved having access to a pool and the game tables.

🌟 Fantastic location with a pool across the street!

We enjoyed this house and the Fantastic floor plan. Master on one side & 2 bedrooms on the other. It was easy to UBER from here and find local places to drink and eat. We would happily recommend this place to friends to stay here! 🌟

Was a great location. The kitchen was dirty. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and the blender had nasty leftover stuff in it.

Ck in was a breeze. Kitchen stocked w coffee, sugar, etc. We did have to buy a decent turner for eggs & good spatula. Detergents for dishwasher & washer were supplied, as were bathroom soaps, shampoos, & conditioner in bathrooms. Black makeup towels for removal were an added bonus. Only complaints were beds uncomfortable, no bar stools for bar area, no dressers in bedrooms, & living room tv should have been switched out with tv (roku) in master for better selection choices. Being acroos street from neighborhood pool was also a bonus, as was not busy at all. Excellent location for food choices, freeway, stores, etc. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

Literal steps away from the pool

The space was nicely updated and perfect for our multigenerational stay. I really appreciated that there was a crib and high chair available. Our baby was more comfortable in the crib than the pack n play I brought. The highlight was definitely having the community pool directly across the street. It was 107 degrees outside but we swam twice each day and the heat didn’t bother us a bit!

Canceled reservation less than 24 hrs

We (family of 5) traveled from Texas and reserved this home months in advance. 10pm before the day we were supposed to check-in I get an email stating the reservation is canceled due to plumbing problems... this was a HUGE inconvenience because we were already in Idaho with no where to stay that morning after opening that email it was so stressful trying to find another reservation willing to take my family’s reservation in less than 5 hrs. I think communication earlier would have been more professional and less stress while we are supposed to be on vacation.

When we got there we were pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood. The home appeared to be clean. The two major downsides were the beds which were very uncomfortable along with poor quality sheets and the towels. They were VERY old and worn. They also did not have individual shampoo bottles for the shower or any soap! Lastly, when we went to run the dishwasher upon check out, we noticed that the last person that ran it… All of the soap did not dissolve so we were essentially eating on dirty dishes. The sectional was extremely uncomfortable as well. The location of the pool was great but it was so overcrowded the whole time we were not even really able to go over and use it. If you want a cute home with a nice floor plan in a safe neighborhood… I would say it’s a great idea. If you’re going to kind of hang out at the house all the time, there is not a lot of seating. Check in was a breeze but they are very picky about shoes so make sure you don’t wear them in the house! :-)
