This newly remodeled 3 story townhouse has everything you need for your home away from home while visiting family and friends, or traveling for business: self-check-in, great WiFi connection, an open plan bright and spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen to hang out or visit with family and friends. It also has cable TV, fireplace, king and full-sized beds and 3 bathrooms to rest and recover.

About:
As a traveler myself, I understand the importance of a comfortable stay while visiting family and friends, or traveling for business. This newly remodeled townhouse has all the amenities you need including: self-check-in, high-speed WiFi, a flexible and spacious working area, cable TV, en suite rooms with king and full-sized beds, fresh linens and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking a healthy meal at home and the bathroom always has fresh towels and soap to stay fresh.

In true townhouse fashion, the entryway is accented with stairs that lead you up to the main living room and balcony, kitchen and guest bathroom. Follow the second set of stairs up to the third floor where you can take your pick from the master en suite bedroom with a comfortable king bed or the second bedroom also with a full-size bed and bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains for added privacy and comfort.

I'll be managing the listing remotely from Boston but I am always available. I also have a local host named Jessica who will be available for everything from local recommendations to any such emergencies during your stay with us.

The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is located in a quiet complex in the Murrayhill area. It's convenient location offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and stores close by to choose from.

Safeway is located directly across the street as well as Planet Fitness and a 24 Hour Fitness for those who want to stay active while here. Additionally, Starbucks, Walgreens, Five Guys, Cafe Murrayhill, McMenamins and other restaurants and cafes are all reachable on foot no more than 10-15 minutes away. Washington Square Mall is also located about 10-15 minutes away and offers a variety of department stores, specialty shops and additional food options.

Portland downtown is only 12 miles from Murrayhill and takes between 20 to 30 minutes by car depending on traffic.

For those visiting friends or family working nearby at Nike or Intel, it's about a 10-15 minute drive or Uber/Lyft to both headquarters and on quiet routes avoiding morning traffic.

How to Get Around:
We would recommend hiring a car during your stay at Murrayhill, to ensure you can access all of Portland and the surrounding businesses with ease. For those uncomfortable driving, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area at all times. Public transport is available nearby, but to keep your commutes short and easy we would recommend traveling by car during your stay.
