In the Heart of River Run Village, Keystone. 2 min walk to the Gondola.

Newly updated, One bedroom one bath condo. Sleeps 4. King bed in the bedroom and full bed in the pull out couch.

Updated, spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal.

Hardwood floors throughout unit.

Building amenities include: 2 hot tubs, pool tables, BBQ grill, laundry machine / dryer (coin or C.C.)
There is also an outside heated pool with 2 additional hot tubs.

Free underground parking for 1 vehicle. Electric Vehicle charging available. If an extra vehicle is needed there may be paid parking available at the Conference Lot located on HWY 6, please ask for details.

On Free bus route – steps from the bus stop. Take the free Summit Stage bus to Breckenridge, A-basin, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco.

In River Run Village, Keystone there is dining, shopping, skiing all within a 2 min walk.


Please note:
-There are NO pets allowed in the condo or building complex. – enforced by the HOA.
-There is NO smoking or vaping allowed anywhere in the condo or building. Including the balcony.
-Parking is for one vehicle.
- The bedroom closet is locked, but there is a small clothes rack to hang clothes.

Once Condo is booked a property management company will reach out with check in information and will be available 24/7 during your stay.

Perfect spot for a ski weekend

This River Run condo is perfect for a weekend at Keystone. The building's elevator to the garage was broken, so that made bringing luggage up difficult, but the main elevator was operating. The bed is comfy and the kitchen has everything you need.

Weekend Getaway

Could not have found a better location, this condo was perfect overlooking Riverrun area. The owner was easy to work with and answered my questions quickly. The condo was clean. Had all the amenities highly recommend this condo.

The property is great. Wonderful location. Well appointed. However- the coffee maker needs an upgrade as the coffee does not stay hot. And PLEASE- replace the toilet seat. It will not stay raised when needed. Everything else was great.

Perfect location! Beautifully clean

My family and I had an amazing stay at this wonderfully located, beautifully clean condo. We had a very short walk to the main gondola which made our trip so convenient. We would made multiple trips from the mountain back to the room each day making for a wonderful vacation. My wife loved staying in bed all morning while reading and watching the main gondola and skiers come down from the bedroom window. Fantastic restaurants around the area. Perfect place to stay for a family of four.

Perfect Keystone Location!

We loved our stay at River Run! The location could not have been better being so close to the gondola and the shuttle to take my daughter to Mountain House for her ski lessons. It was great to park in the garage and then not have to use it until we left. The lodge/lobby was a great downtime place with the pool tables, hot tubs and space to work. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Fun at River Run

Great experience and location. We loved the updates to the Condo. One suggestion would include having more storage space for clothes in the bedroom. The closet was locked by the owner and there were no shelves or drawers to accommodate accordingly.

Anniversary Trip to Keystone

The Buffalo Lodge property was very nice and comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was just perfect. We had access right out the door to excellent food, shopping and the River Run Gondola. It was the best week. The only negative was the lack of closet space and/or dresser space. There was a hanging rack in the bedroom that was the only place to hang clothes. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the property.

Easy Ski Weekend

The location of this condo is great - right at the base in River Run Village. Ski rentals are close by and it is about a 2 minute walk to lift. Lots of restaurant options too. My boys enjoyed the hot tub and condo was comfortable for us to watch TV together after skiing. The only issue we had was the thermostat - the condo runs hot which is not the best for sleeping. Otherwise it had everything we needed!

Cozy and convenient

Cozy and a bit tight for 2 adults and a child. The toiletries ran out after a day. We didn’t want to disturb during Christmas and found replenishment very close in the village. I’m sure the very responsive management company would have obliged. But you can’t beat the convenience of being so close to the lifts. We stayed over Christmas and it snowed during our stay. So awesome!

Great location

Property was great especially the location. Couple of issues which I encountered were: 1. The Key to the ski storage area in the building was not provided. We called the property manager and were told that it is upto the owner to provide the key. 2. The closet in the bedroom is locked. There is a cheap looking storage cart in the bedroom with linen and cleaning supplies on it. It distracts from a nice bedroom feel and make it cramped.

Nice but not ideal

While the accommodations were OK, they definitely weren't ideal. Upon arrival, my husband got trapped in the elevator as he transported our stuff from the parking garage to the condo. He called all the emergency numbers inside the elevator and they did not work so he resorted to calling 911. They dispatched firefighters who took 30 min to pry open the elevator door and free my husband. There is no storage in the unit. The owner has locked all closets and even compromised the space under the bed with personal artifacts. That is tough when traveling with family as we had no where to store our winter gear or clothes. We also struggled to keep the temperature in the unit at an appropriate range. It was easily over 80 F when we arrived and had to open all windows to cool it down as the thermostat didn't seem to work. We had Buffalo Lodge staff look into it without success. Unfortunately, the natural gas from the bonfire on the patio outside blew right into our condo so we couldn't keep the windows open for long.Inside the condo was a strong scent which triggered allergies. We couldn't track down the source and the Buffalo Lodge staff assumed it was the cleaning solutions. We would frequently walk into a marijuana fog on our floor.The kitchen was nice as it was equipped with modern pots and pans and utensils. Good lighting and ventilation in the bathroom.Overall conditions forced us to leave a day early, which was disappointing and expensive given the holiday rate.

Awesome Mountain Condo in Keystone

This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway in Keystone. Very clean and has great amenities. The location is great for skiing and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here!

I enjoy all Keystone has to offer: skiing, hiking, biking are my to go to activities.
