Updated-All New- Ski Slope View-Close to Gondola and Town

This condo is for the discriminating guest. The condo has been totally renovated and updated.. The wood floors (no carpeting), new furniture and all new kitchenware to make you feel safe during these difficult times.
Limited reviews since we just started renting this condo.
1. We offer Corvid guideline cleaning
2. View is just amazing. Watch the skiers coming down River Run slope.
3. Location is perfect. Short walk to gondola, 1200 feet. Short walk to shops and restaurants.
4. Quiet location. No shops or outdoor bars and restaurants to disturb the quiet.
5. Located in SilverMill Building unit 8267 (close to elevator)
6. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes an cookware for any gourmet cook.
7. Bedroom end tables and chest gives you plenty of area to unpack. No living out of a suitcase.
8. Entry way hooks and bench gives you a place for your ski clothing and boots.
9. Dining table sit four comfortably
10. Bathroom has been redesigned to give you places to unpack toiletries.
11. Bedroom features a new queen mattress.
12. Plenty of extra pillow and blankets for queen sleep sofa.
13. Smart Flat screen TV's in the den and bedroom.
14. Professional management company for unexpected needs.
15. Contactless check in.
16. Private balcony with a view of the slopes and looks down over hot tubs.
17. Updated lighting in all rooms.
18. Parking is unassigned in the parking garage. You will receive 1 parking permit for the underground garage. Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self pay. Free overflow parking is available in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Lot near the conference center.
19. Den has a queen size memory foam sofa bed.
20. Condo is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Really enjoyed this property! It’s very clean, well-maintained (The balcony furniture, pots and pans looked new.) and in a great location (Gondola around the corner, and I could skiers coming down the hill from my window.) Would stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The location is excellent, super close to the gondola and the heart of the village, making it easy to get around without a car.The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and living areas.The main downsides were comfort and cleanliness, both the mattress in the primary bedroom and the pullout sofa bed in the living room were quite uncomfortable, and the floors clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival noticeable right when we walked in.That said, the pros definitely outweighed the cons for us, especially the prime location. We would stay here again.

Spring skiing

Spent 10 days enjoying some great spring skiing at abasin and copper mt. The property was ideal for a single traveler and is conveniently located for skiing in Summit County. Really enjoyed my stay!

The condo and the location were perfect. We stayed with our two children (5 and 9) and had plenty of room. River run had everything we needed and did not have to leave for out entire stay.

Perfect condo! It had everything we needed, less than a 5 min walk to the gondola and in the village with shops and restaurants/bars. Only con is the water pressure but that won’t keep us from staying here again. We will definitely be back!

Fun New Years ski trip!

My husband, daughters, and I stayed here over New Years and we had a great time! We had the perfect view of the fireworks from our balcony. Everything was as described, easy to pick up our keycards and even got to check in early which was not very since we did day before pick up for our skis. Location couldn’t be better, we will definitely be back! Thank you Linda!

We have been skiing in the US since 1980. Keystone River Run is our favorite ski resort. It is a safe family atmosphere. We find the slopes less crowded than Breckenridge and Vail. So it was an easy decision to buy a condo at River Run.

Why they chose this property

River Run has great ski runs that are kept immaculate. There ability to make snow gives you an opportunity to ski early and late in the season.

What makes this property unique

The town is safe and gives you the opportunity to walk, dine and shop without traffic.
