Ideal for sea lovers being a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Mauritius .I myself have a daily beach stroll and swim before sunrise. Property is near commercial facilities, public transport, and in a quiet and safe area.
What makes this property unique
The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking and a delight for the eyes! This is indeed a unique facility for sun bathing ,relaxing, have a barbecue, sip a cocktail watching the sunset!
With a superette downstairs, you won't need to carry packs of bottled water on your shoulder for miles in the hot sun!
