Some two hundred meters from the long beach of Flic en Flac, this ground floor apartment offers rest and well-being in a calm and peaceful area. Ideal for one or two people, with its 50 square meters, a simple but warm decor, it feels completely comfortable.

Fully equipped American kitchen (fridge / freezer, gas hob, kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster etc.) allows you to prepare your own meals if the numerous restaurants along the coast road do not tempt you!

Located in a fully fenced yard, this nice rental is highly secured by a permanent surveillance system. Possibility of parking for car also.

For those who like to be at the beach early in the morning or love the sunsets, two minutes of walking is enough to lavish this sweet happiness. The bus stop and taxi service are located side by side not far from the residence (barely 150 meters) and supplies can be obtained from the Spar supermarket located approximately 500 meters from the premises.

"The appartment was a nic...

"The appartment was a nice and cosy one. It has all the basic amenities required, clean appartment and very easy to keep clean. It also has a car park and it is a safe and quiet area. Further to that, it was not too far from the beach and not too far from the main activities in this area. It is easily accessible from the main road."

"Un séjour inoubliable ! Conditions parfaites ! Studio très propre et bien aménagé ! Et la propriétaire très très charmante et serviable ! Il ne nous manquait rien ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les bons conseils de Mitra ! Le jour où nous retournerons à Maurice, c’est chez Mitra que nous irons, sans aucun doute ! Et nous recommandons la résidence à tous ceux qui veulent passer de très bonnes vacances, à quelques pas de la plage, en pleine sécurité et avec la possibilité de compter sur une personne très gentille et honnête ! nous avons passes de tres bonnes vacances dans l appartement tres agreable a 300 metres de la belle plage de FLIC EN flac mention particuliere pour la proprietaire Madame Mitra toujours disponible pleines de délicates attentions et de bons conseils afin de bien profiter des visites de cette magnifique ile un plus appreciable pour optimiser le beau sejour tres bonne adresse
