Surrounded by a large garden of 2800 m2 planted with maritime pines, olive trees and Mediterranean plants, it offers you a very calm and relaxing setting.
The swimming pool (10x5m) with a large stone beach of 140m2 and its pool house welcome you for relaxation and very pleasant aperitifs with friends.

The house, built on 2 levels, offers a large living room with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen and a comfortable dining area to reunite with your family. A sleeping area on the ground floor with 3 suites while upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (1 double bedroom with two single beds joined together and a dormitory bedroom for children with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds.
The whole house is air conditioned.

For the 2024 season, after the renovation of the kitchen, all the rooms on the ground floor have been renovated, as well as the floor and the entrance. The creation of a table football area completes this successful renovation.

In the garden, the swimming pool area welcomes you with numerous deckchairs and a pool house where you can curl up on the sofa. You also have a large 20m2 covered terrace for your meals, communicating with the kitchen and the living room where a plancha is at your disposal. There is even a cabin for children, hidden under the trees.

Finally, wifi you will benefit from a very high speed fiber wifi connection.

Linen is included in the price (sheets and bath towels for inside), beds are made upon your arrival. Only towels for the swimming pool should be brought for your stay.
