Zannabella B&B is located in the picturesque Hill Country of Texas just minutes from downtown Ingram and 7 miles from Kerrville. . It is a series of cottages themed in various ways capturing the spirit of Texas for a memorable experience. Romantic hillside cottages with private yards and full breakfast included. Hillside Haven is a "tiny home" of about 300 sq ft. Situated on a hillside overlooking the Henderson Branch valley it features beautiful vistas, private garden courtyards, private deck, kitchenette, and full breakfast. It has a TV and DVD player (no cable or stations) with a free lending library of over 200 movies. Gorgeous views of hills and valleys out every window. Zannabella is a place for those seeking an "experience" and not just a room to sleep in. DINNERS SERVED AT ZANNABELLA

Your hosts, Zach and Anna, invite you to take part in our delivered to your cabin' chef prepared dinner.
How it works:
*Chef's choice dinner menu is made available the Monday prior to the following weekend.
Menu includes: entree, salad, homemade bread (bring your own beverage)
* Sign up for dinner via text message and schedule desired time anywhere between 5:30 - 7:30pm
*Make payment for dinner when you check in at Zannabella BNB - cost is $20.00/person plus gratuity.

Meticulously Maintained & Carefully Cleaned Romantic Hideaway

Romantic hillside cottages are a meticulously maintained & carefully cleaned delight. I was quite impressed with all the details and added touches surrounding the property. The breakfast room is delightful! The ham and fruit salad were such a treat that we were inspired to serve both for our Easter dinner. The bed is so comfortable! The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked. The cottages are in a wonderful, safe, quite, peaceful location that is great for stargazing. There are plenty of private spots to enjoy the romantic outside setting. The view is absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our romantic getaway and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed visiting the Empty Cross. It is free and well worth a visit and pictures. We also enjoyed Stonehenge II and the variety of thrift stores in the area for treasure hunting. The is a lovely walk along the river. I would love to come back and go tubing. We highly recommend Thai Ocha in Kerrville. You can sit outside with a lovely view of the river. Both the green and the yellow curry I tried were amazing!!! The servings were SO generous and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We both had an absolutely marvelous time. The hosts were delightful. They have taken such care in creating this treat. We would love to come back! Our only issue was that the water pressure in the shower was low and you must take a short shower in order for both of you to have a hot shower in succession.

Weekend away

We had a wonderful time, our cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the sunrise from our deck. The breakfast was amazing. We took advantage of the homemade dinner on Friday and it was delivered to our cabin hot and delicious. Anna and Zach were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, Quiet Lodging with Wonderful Hosts

My wife and I spent two nights in the Hillside Haven - one of the five unique cottages comprising Zannabella B&B - on the backside of a two-week road trip. We loved the peace & quiet of the property on the outskirts of Ingram, and it is located within easy driving distance to Kerrville, Fredricksburg and other local sights. The view from the two decks in the private courtyard of Hillside Haven was lovely, and we found the cottage to be comfy and well equipped. The bathroom with shower is admittedly "cozy", but functional. Our hosts, Zach & Anna are a wonderful couple, and we enjoyed our opportunities to chat with them during our stay and hear about their life journey. They have done a terrific job creating Zannabella B&B out of an overgrown property with a decaying house. Anna is an amazing chef and baker. The breakfasts were very tasty, we were glad we opted to for the Saturday Chef-prepared dinner of stuffed pork tenderloin, which we enjoyed in Zannabella's breakfast room. Everything was delicious and an excellent value. In addition to her many talents, Anna is also an artist and has some pieces displayed in the breakfast room available for purchase. One particular piece caught my wife's eye and we took home a lovely piece of Anna's talent.
