The 'Great Aspen Chateau' is a great 6 bedroom custom built home with amazing views of the black mountains and lake Burnett. The Chateau has four large decks with rocking chairs and outside seating. It is located in a private gated community and will provide guests with a feeling of being 'away from it all'.
Exposed beam construction, large picture windows, spacious rooms, open floor plan and a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace make this the perfect vacation spot. The Chateau is only 6 miles north of downtown Black Mountain and 14 miles east of downtown Asheville.

The private gated community is serene and allows guests to enjoy nature. You will not see any homes nearby. All are custom built homes on 3+ beautiful nature.
What makes this property unique
The greatest asset of this house is the long range mountain views from all front side windows which include beautiful lake brunette! Many many families and friends have enjoyed the quiet nature and spacious home.
