Welcome to San Carlos in Gulf Shores, Alabama

Stay in serenity and style with this attractive 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. The primary bedroom has a king mattress, guest room with a queen and another guest room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa bed.

This unit sleeps ten (10). NO AIR MATTRESS ALLOWED.

Dine on the private balcony with plenty of seating. Enjoy all of the comforts of a home away from home, such as a fully equipped kitchen with all of the bells and whistles. Plenty of house ware items, all small appliances, breakfast bar, dishwasher, cook top stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, pantry space and wet bar are just to name a few.

Enjoy the living area with the beautiful views or the large screen TV.

Property has elevator service.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
Smoking area is provided.

Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.

LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash) passes are purchased on site.

All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.

Good location but lack cleanliness
The condo is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and the Hangout. Close drive to grocery stores, but the best thing was the ocean front view. The view was spectacular. The condo was comfortable with three spacious bedrooms each with a bathdroom which is the main reason why we picked this condo since we were all women and some of them take long time to get ready. Also the building has 3 elevators that were fast and we didn't have a long wait despite that the building was crowded during Springbreak. We give a 2 star because the place lacks cleanliness. When we arrived there was pieces of food on the kitchen floor, cereal on the carpet, and cheese and other food pieces all over the balcony. The place needs a complete make over. The carpet in the condo and rugs in the bathrooms have to go, the kitchen tile and appliances needs replacement, doors need to be cleaned/paint, and closet doors need repaired. The place has some kind of musty smell that it may be coming from the carpet, and the furniture. We liked the spacious room and the location but due to the condition of the place we are not planning to comeback. For what we paid we expected a cleaner place

Nice Vaca get away
We really enjoyed our time at this property . We were disappointed that the master tub was not in working order. The unit does need some TLC....the LR couch is broken down and the mattress in the master needs replaced. The arrangement of rooms was nice and we liked having bunk beds and a separate bathroom for the kids. Great view and decent seating on patio.

Great location-Nice facility
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely pleasurable location and facility. With the exception of one unfortunate incident wherein some idiot threw a beer bottle off the balcony and smashed the windshield in our truck, it was all good.
