This BEACH FRONT condo offers a cozy living area with sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table and coastal décor. There is a dining area with seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation.

An elevator and covered parking is provided for added convenience and accessibility.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: __1 Guaranteed Pass, 1 Extra can be purchased, but spot not guaranteed__ .
U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Easter Getaway
The good - nice condo in a prefect location. The wrap around deck was the selling point for us. All the kitchen stuff you would need. Laundry in unit was a plus. Overall a nice place. The not so great - Check in was a little frustrating as the code I was given didn't work, we had to call for a new code. The bathmat in the main bath needs replaced or at minimum washed. The master tub drains very slow. One of the outlets in either bathroom allow for hairdryer use. A maintenance worker showed up during our stay without notice...that was frustrating considering we were only there a few days. For the substantial cost with all the fees I would have expected beach gear. ( Chairs, an umbrella, or even beach towels.). We have stayed in many units over the years and that is a big plus and the cost of those units was much less in the same area. My fault for booking without asking first. All in all a nice place that just needs a few issues addressed.

A nice condo; we've stayed here before. But I was not as impressed this time around with the cleanliness. The kitchen sink smelled a bit; maybe it's the water because the washer also smelled after we did a load of laundry. There were crumbs in the silverware drawer or maybe they were roach droppings. We did encounter 2 roaches in the condo…one came racing out of a cupboard when opened and another came out from under the fridge. That being said, we did appreciate the small upgrades that were made from the last time we were here.

The property was not very clean. Dust on ceiling fans, decor and light fixtures. Had to call maintenance twice. Once to spray for little mites on kitchen counters. The second time we called the toilet was not working in the main bathroom. Maintenance finally showed up the next day and said they fixed it. But it was not fixed. We had to take tank lid off after every flush and push down on part of mechanism to get it to flush. Also the keurig canister was cracked. This unit would be very nice if it was cleaned better and had some updating to bed linens and rugs. The deck is big and accessible from both bedrooms and has a beautiful view.

Fantastic location and porch
We love this location and the restaurants and shops across the street. The condo is very roomy and the living areas updated. The wrap around porch was a perfect place to watch the waves, especially for my elderly dad who couldn’t go down to beach. Improvements would be a deep clean, as the floors especially were pretty dirty, waterproof mattress covers on all mattresses- one of the bunk beds was missing the mattress pad altogether but we found it in a closet, and the addition of some towel hooks in the hall bathroom as there was only one. Property managers were very responsive before and during the trip. Overall we had a great vacation and will be back!
