We loved the recent stay in Oliver's cute and very clean property. We really enjoyed the views especially at breakfast and as the sun sets. We found the location really ideal as being so close to Dillion, Frisco and Breckenridge. I would highly recommend the walk along the rocky beach at Lake Dillion. The property was just as listed and we found it very enjoyable and cozy.
Really enjoyed our stay, I will say there where some days where the condo got a little warm for my liking, but overall I would 100 percent return for another stay!
private parking, easy to follow instructions (when you read & follow them) clean property, & and less than a 5 minute
walk from Gondola.
Highly recommend staying there again.
This property fit our needs perfectly. It was close enough to walk to the gondola (486 steps to be exact) and to enjoy ski village. The unit had an excellent view of the mountainside and meadow. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations.
Unique place, great for a short stay. I would recommend an emergency Phone # as the parking and front door codes did not work, We were rescued by another resident as I had no contact info.
We had a great time in the condo, would have loved for AC to have been set up since it was very hot during our visit. Otherwise it was nice.

Nice view and location Washer and dryer:Having access to laundry equipment makes a big difference in what you pack for a ski trip. The washer and dryer aren’t in the unit or on the same floor as the unit. It’s on a lower floor and requires coins to operate - so you can’t just wash whenever you want as it is shared with the entire building.Noisy Heating unitHeat makes a ticking sound all night long every night no matter what temperature you set it on. If you are a light sleeper you are not getting much rest!Freezer issues:Refrigerator doesn’t dispense water or ice. I reached out to Oliver the owner and was told to troubleshoot it myself and when that didn’t work I asked for a bag of ice to be dropped off. I was told the cleaning staff would bring some ice by that day which was Sunday - that never happened and I was there until Saturday. And there was absolutely no follow up from Oliver - I had to reach out to him more than once to be told to troubleshoot it myself.KitchenDefinitely not a kitchen to cook a real meal - and certainly not for more than two people - just two pans and a couple of pots but nothing large enough to cook spaghetti in. It is missing many basics including a cutting board, real whisk, vegetable peeler and a sharp knife. Also there are just two plates! There was no soap in the bathroom shampoo or anything of that nature.A sign in unit asks you to run the dishwasher before departure and while there is dishwashing pods there is no dishwasher!
We loved our stay here. The view was beautiful! The jetted tub and the steam shower were nice ammentaties! The only thing we would suggest is that the ad needs to be updated. There were things listed that the place didnt have such as a dishwasher and patio, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!! Thank You!
Beautiful place, nice view nestled right at the base of ski slopes. Keystone is a beautiful place and this condo was perfect for us. We were able to cook, unwind, and sleep comfortably. The huge walk-in shower was great after a tiring day of hiking.
The host was very accessible and answered all our questions quickly and with the needed info.
If there was any complaint, it’s the beautiful wood floors were cleaned with something that made them feel a little sticky to a clean bare foot.
Great place overall and I’d love to return to Keystone and would happily stay there again!

River Bank Lodge - Keystone, CO
Quirky apartment in an older building, tastefully decorated. Beautiful view of the mountain. On the second floor with no elevator. The walk to River Run Village and ski lift not too bad. No dishwasher and there were only 2 forks and no bottle opener. The fireplace would not turn on, and the wall hairdryer was smoking and would not work. Communication was lacking with property manager.
For a stay during January one would not think you would not need air conditioning but the unit was on the top floor the sun was shining through the window and made the living room extremely hot. We were able to find fans in the unit but ended up opening the door to get some air flow.
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. The location is within walking distance to the gondola and lots of great restaurants which made it very easy not having to worry about driving and parking. The condo was very clean except for dust on shelves/surfaces above 5'. My husband is tall so he noticed this when he set out his clothes on a shelf and they came down dusty. Otherwise it was a great space with a fabulous view, and it had every amenity we needed for a weekend getaway.

Double booked nightmare.
When we arrived at our property there were people already there that we walked in on. VRBO was extremely difficult to get a hold of and our trip was ruined. The property manager said it was an error on VRBO.
Great location for skiing, hiking, or going to nearby shops. Wonderful views right outside the living room window. Jacuzzi and steam shower room was amazing!
Issues: hair dryer caught fire within seconds of being on, comforter in bedroom was undersized, pillows were uncomfortable, heating didnt feel accurate with thermostat, battery powered devices were all dead with corrosion, there are mentions of a dishwasher we could not find, the bedroom window doesnt lock, and the middle living room automated blind does not work, the coffee pot isnt a good fit for the coffee machine and you have to hold the plunger to dispense coffee into the pot.
Lots of little issues we found, but still this place was super convenient and kept us cozy on our ski trip
