Ski-in, ski-out at Peru Express Lift - Mountain House

Avoid the crowds at River Run!

This is a Ski-In, Ski-Out Studio. We are at the base of Mountain House. The Kids Ski & Ride School is across from our building. For riders, the Peru Express Lift takes you to the top of Area 51.

Our condo sleeps 4. It has a queen size bed and a double size sleeper couch. The balcony over looks the plaza.

Enjoy two hot tubs right outside the door to our building.
and the coin operated laundry is right next to our condo.

You will have access to the free bus service in and around Keystone, and also the free bus service offered by Summit Stage to surrounding cities of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper. There is underground parking for 1 vehicle.

Summer and Fall: Golf at 3 championship golf courses.
Bike in the Rocky Mountains, on trails or bike paths.
Hike the many trails, easy to very difficult.

This property exceeded my expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING. I expected the normal supplies, but this condo had everything I needed and more.The complimentary coffee and bottled water were a lifesaver after a long journey for LAX and the drive from Denver International Airport. Additionally, having access to the ski lockers in the garage was really nice. Everything was well laid out and fully explained in the binder.If I would add any suggestions it woukd be to add a lamp or click with a Type A phone charge connection.

If you are a solo skier who wants a clean, comfortable room literally less than fifty yards from the lifts, this is your place. Underground parking makes it easy to store your skis, and GOAT Soup and Whiskey is an easy walk for a funky local apres-ski. I've been staying here for many years and I hope to stay for many more.

The inside of the studio room was as advertised. The unit is fine for a couple. However, the description of the property is misleading. "Ski in, ski out" indicates that you can literally ski into the unit and/or then ski out to a run or lift on the mountain. You cannot ski in or ski out of this unit. You must walk quite a long distance to the lift at the base on the mountain. This is NOT Ski In, Ski Out in any way.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect and made exploring the area so easy. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, which had every tool we needed to cook meals. Having dedicated parking was a huge plus, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

Summit County Summer

What a great find! This place was incredibly clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. It's tucked away from the crowded areas which meant it was perfect for sleeping with the window open and sitting on the deck with a blanket and cup of coffee in the early morning. It's situated centrally to Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorn. The host was very responsive and friendly with the check-in process when my phone decided to not load the full instructions. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Quick Stay near lift at Keystone

We just had two nights here. The room is fairly comfortable, although is a bit crowded when the sofa bed is open. We had three adults one nite, but feel a fourth adult would have been too much. Would recommend for a family with one or two kids. It is not ski in/out, but the lift is maybe 200 yards. It was nice having covered parking and a ski locker in the basement, with a convenient door to head to the slopes so you don't have to carry your skiis in the building. Not much restaurants right there but maybe 1/2 mile. Kitchen well stocked. There is both a Keurig and regular coffee maker.

Great location. Loved the lockers,garage, and especially the proximity to the slopes. Shorter walk to the Peru lift than any parking I've ever had at Keystone. Condo was clean and cozy. It is a small place but it was great for me, my wife and teenage son. Would love to stay here again!
