Der Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt war zufriedenstellend. Alle Aufenthaltsräume mit Klimaanlage, Garage, genügend Platz, gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter.Es gibt ein paar Punkte, die nicht so toll waren.Die Matratzen waren zum Teil mehr als fertig. Die Federn waren stark zu spüren. Ameisen, die schnell in den Griff zu bekommen waren. In die Jahre gekommene Sofas. Sehr stark abgenutze Gartenliegen, die mehr als unbequehm waren. Ein Pool, den man selber reinigen musste. Kunstrasen. Lage mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Essenslokal ein paar Häuser weiter, das abends oft sehr laute Musik hatte. Insgesamt ok, aber für die Leistungen viel zu teuer.Für den Preis haben wir mehr Qualität erwartet.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement situé a proximité des lieux a visiter. Le logement est tres spacieux et nous a été remis très propre. La piscine et la climatisation sont un plus non négligeable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine fin septembre. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par notre hôte.

La maison est spacieuse , jolie, très fonctionnelle avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin! Matériel bébé disponible, les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Piscine au top, emplacement calme et agréable. Rien à redire, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à 8 avec de la place pour chacun.

Un super séjour, nous recommandons !

Maison très agréable, bien agencée et très spacieuse. Idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme proche des petits commerces et des plus grandes villes comme St Cyprien ou Argelès. La piscine est parfaite, autant pour se détendre que pour s'amuser. La maison est équipée de la climatisation dans les pièces de vie et dans toutes les chambres ce qui est non négligeable dans cette région, les jours de fortes chaleurs. Il n’y a rien à redire sur la location et la propriétaire est très sympathique, à l’écoute et de bons conseils.

Magnifique séjour

La villa est vraiment très belle, tout confort et conforme à l'annonce. L'extérieur, avec ses 2 terrasses, sa piscine et son barbecue est très agréable. L'emplacement est très bien, proche de St Cyprien, Canet, Perpignan... Et enfin, nous avons été très bien accueilli, Virginie a tout fait pour que nous passions un très bon séjour quoiqu'il arrive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Enttäuschend

Es war weder ruhig noch war das Haus klimatisiert. Keines der 3 Schlafräume hatte Klimaanlage. Eine Klimaanlage befindet sich lediglich im Wohn- und Esszimmer. Davon hat man aber nichts, wenn man nachts schwitzend im Bett liegt. Direkt neben dem Haus gibt es eine Baustelle, auch hinter dem Haus und schräg gegenüber wird gebaut. Es war immer laut, sogar sonntags wurde nebenan gearbeitet. Wenn wir am Pool oder im Pool waren, hatten wir immer Zuschauer (die Bauarbeier von nebenan!)Auf unsere Beschwerden reagierte die Vermieterin ziemlich frech und verständnislos. Wir würden hier nie wieder Urlaub machen!

Il y a bien la climatisation dans tout le bas de notre villa. Dans les chambres en haut, il n'y a pas rien mais des ventilateurs. Vous avons expliqué à ce Monsieur que nous ferions installer la clim en janvier 2019 vu la canicule exceptionnelle que nous avons eu cet été. Mais ils n'ont visiblement pas entendu. Quand au chantier à côté qui est en cours de finition, leur maison sera terminée l'été prochain car tout le monde à le droit de faire sa construction donc le quartier sera bien calme comme il l'a toujours été.
