ABOUT THE CONDO

This 1,200 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom beach condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is very spacious. It has been recently updated and tastefully decorated.

It has a large, walkout patio with seating and breathtaking views of the resort and the Sparkling Emerald Gulf! It’s a must see.

BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet, and plenty of drawers for folded clothing. The large, private walkout glass sliding door opens up to breathtaking views off the patio! Enjoy a movie or tv from bed with the flat screen tv just across from the bed. The Master Bath is a large space with a double vanity sink and great lighting. The bathroom has both a stand-up shower and a large oversized garden tub for soaking after those long days on the beach!
The guest bedroom is furnished with a large double queen bunk bed and a 5-drawer chest for folded clothing. It’s a great space for kids or extra guests. The guest room also has an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and plenty of counter space for all your essentials.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen has been recently upgraded with all white appliances, and granite countertops. In the kitchen we provide all the cooking supplies such as pots, pans, utensils, and both a traditional coffee maker as well as a keurig! Bring your favorite ground coffee or k cups!

The dining table and area is spacious for guests and can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen counter also has four stools to accommodate more guests!

This condo also has an in-unit washer & dryer w/ iron & ironing board available.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Ariel Dunes is a beautiful resort with two large pools, hot tub (?), a private gym that is open 24/7 and overall a beautiful common ground area with pathways for walking, biking or jogging. And even more importantly, the resort is just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach!

Perfect location

Property is very close to the beach, just a quick 4 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!! Beds were very comfortable. You can pay for beach chairs, half day or full day, for 1 day or multiple days. Condo is exactly as described!

Perfect for small family and great location!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Condo had everything we needed for the week. We had an amazing view of the beach, and was in a great location in the heart of Miramar Beach. Everything was within walking distance (beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc.). I would highly recommend this property.
