Located a short walk from the beach in the Seascape resort community, recently remodeled condo has a whimsically beachy aesthetic designed with comfort and convenience in mind. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large balcony, a fully-stocked kitchen, several community pools, and BREATHTAKING views of the Gulf, this 23rd floor unit has everything your family needs to make Seascape your home away from home.

Please let us know how many vehicles you intend to park on property. The first parking pass is included in your booking price and additional parking passes are $12 apiece. We'll send you a payment request after booking for this additional fee. Vehicles parked on Seascape property without a valid parking pass will be towed by Seascape.

Six armbands are located in the unit and are required to be worn in order to access Seascape resort facilities (pool, gym, etc.). Please return armbands to the designated location in the unit at the conclusion of your stay. If armbands are not returned, you will be charged $30 for each missing armband.

Nice Condo.

Nice property. Ample space in the condo. Large balcony with chairs and tables. Very nice pools and pool area. Only negative is that the floor seemed to be a bit dirty. Could see it on our feet if walking barefoot in the condo.
