VvF Lavoute Chilhac

L'accueil à 17h précise, était poli, sans enthousiasme et les explications très restreintes.L'appartement est bien conçu avec la terrasse privative et une vue sur le jardin .L'emplacement est top (au bord de l'Allier). Mais le batiment est dans son "jus" depuis plus de 30 ou 40 ans. Pas de double vitrage, robinetterie viellote avec laquelle il faut jouer entre l'eau chaude et l'eau froide pour prendre sa douche à la bonne température . Où sont les économies d'eau ? Pas de menage exterieur : des toiles d'araignées derrière les volets qui ferment très mal. La piscine est chauffée et agréable. Mais il n'y a aucune surveillance et un couple avec un chien est venu au bord de la piscine sous l'oeil médusé des baigneurs.
