Two covered porches (massive sound side covered porch and deck), patio area with picnic table, two outside showers with hot and cold water, well-kept back and front yard, boat dock, unobstructed sound and ocean views with beach access directly in front of the home.

Beautifully decorated with ceiling fans, two kitchens each with refrigerators (one up and one down) and no inside stairs. Large round dining table with built-in Lazy Susan seating for eight. Hardwood floors throughout on 2nd level.

Two TVs, two DVD players, phone, internet access.
