Completed in December 2025, “Seaside Haven” is a stunning new home that blends modern comfort with relaxed island living. Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, you’ll enjoy ocean views, the sound of rolling waves, and effortless access to the shoreline—complete with a mobi-mat beach access, making trips to the sand easier for strollers, wagons, and guests with mobility needs.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with four private bedrooms, each featuring its own en suite bathroom, plus a flexible den with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Kids will love the four-bed bunk room, while adults will appreciate the privacy, space, and TVs in every bedroom.

Every detail is brand new—from the furnishings and décor to the appliances—creating a fresh, upscale feel throughout. Step outside to your in-ground pool, unwind at the poolside bar, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A convenient shed stocked with beach gear and toys makes beach days easy and fun.

Four spacious balconies offer views from every angle of the island, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply listening to the waves. On rainy days or downtime, kids can stay entertained with the Nex Playground gaming system, making this home as enjoyable inside as it is out.

Note: Ring Doorbell security cameras are installed at the front and rear entry doors, as well as in the carport

If you want a beautiful home with a short distance to the beach or a nice pool in your back yard, this is the place for you. If you want immaculately clean with attention to details to make your stay as comfortable as possible, this is the place for you. If you want hosts who truly care for you and your family and they show it in many small but powerful ways, this is the place for you.
