About this property

Come vacation in this cozy two bedroom with one bath home. The home has been recently renovated. Just added a non touch sink and a UV light air sanitizing purification system . Which is proven to kill mold and air borne bacteria and viruses including the flu . Your health is our biggest concern . Perfect location on a canal with dockage for up to 35 ft boat right outside the back steps with a cleaning station. . .Located on last street in Venture Out towards the entrance of the canal for more privacy & easy access. Comfortably sleeps five adults. Your dogs are also welcome. Located at MM 23 in Venture Out.
*Venture Out Resort does charge a one time entrance fee upon arrival at the security gate. This allows you unlimited access to the boat ramp & other amenities on the property. Fee is $125.00 tax included .

Nice little stay north of Key West

Location was great. Door to bathroom was not working but we were quickly greeted by a member of maintenance and we were able to fix it once it was brought to their attention. The description of the 3rd bed was a little off due to just upgrading but we were able to make it work. Venture people were very friendly. Loved the closeness to Key West. Would stay again.

Nice "home base" stay for lower Florida Keys

Randy's cottage is located just a half hour from Key West. It was cozy and worked great for my wife and I and adult daughter. The place is kept very clean. The back door leads to a patio right on a canal. We had a nice evening sitting next to the water on the canal. The unit is in a secure gated neighborhood, with nice shared amenities. We would stay there in the future if we're visiting the lower Keys.
