This oceanside property has 2 beds 2 baths and sleeps 6 with all updated appliances and furniture. There are kayaks and carts for the kayaks Bikes, BBQ Grill, ice machine on the property for your use . The home is on stilts with covered porch and sitting area with Table for relaxing and taking in the view. On Venture Out property, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, ocean access with a ramp at the marina with fuel, and tackle for your fishing needs. There is also a convience store for food and drink.
THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY AND THE GATE WILL CHARGE $125.00 DOLLARS FOR THE GROUP NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS! THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT CHECK-IN. IT is charged and collected solely by VENTURE OUT RESORT. That is a separate fee from the home and will be collected at the gate when you arrive. A parking permit will be given to you at the gate while you are renting the house only one car is permitted under the home. A nightly storage fee is collected by venture out for Boat/ trailer extra Vehicles storage on-site, Overflow parking lot.

Paradise awaits

The property and all of the amenities were absolutely amazing! Hosts Rick and Laura were very kind and made sure we enjoyed our stay. This was my first trip to the keys and I will definitely book again with them!

Cudjie Key House

We loved this little house in Venture Out Resort. It was well stocked and had everything we needed except coffee, salt and pepper. The store on property was convenient. We used the bicycles to explore the property and ride to the pool. The location was convenient to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the balcony and the pool area. Overall property was clean. The pullout couch mattress could use a cleaning. We also found the living room tv very difficult to navigate.

Clean pretty house

The house was very clean and well appointed! Our pie was fantastic!! Beds were VERY comfortable! We were close enough to Key West without the Key West prices! The owners communicated well and the description is very accurate! I would stay here again without hesitation!!!!!!

Well Equipped Comfy Home Away from Home

We stayed with my two daughters and my elderly parents while my daughter attended Sea Camp on Big Pine. House is well equipped and well situated. Super clean. Bed were comfortable and the hosts had really thought of everything. Hosts were very responsive. Community is quiet and not too far to groceries etc.

First Time in the Keys

Perfect location - 20 miles from Key West. Gated community with 24 hour security. Loved the saltwater pool. Took advantage of the bikes provided. The deck provided a comfortable place to catch the breeze. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Perfect in paradise!

Fabulous location for our purposes. The home was spotless.. wonderfully organized and layed out. We enjoyed the amenities of the property...store pool marina...and it was great to have access to bikes and kayaks. It was exactly as described if not a bit better. Julie was responsive and made us feel welcome...there was nothing we lacked. Thanks so much

Highly recommend

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean and welcoming. The resort itself was peaceful with everyone being really friendly. We didn’t have time to use the on-site recreation facilities as the main purpose of our short stay was to visit Key West which was an easy 30 min drive away. We enjoyed eating out at Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Boondocks. If we are ever visiting the Keys again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thanks for the key lime pie!

Family vacation 2021

The property was so beautiful! We used the bikes, the kayaks and the grill; all of which were easy to locate and use. We found the wheels to place under the kayaks in the shed. Rick and Laura were always super responsive to our questions and so friendly. We loved the pool. The beach had no sand but we just traveled to smathers beach located in key west to get our toes in the sand. Overall it was a great time and I would highly recommend it.
