Stone outbuilding with private Nordic bath near Beaune.

Built in the sixteenth century, this outbuilding of an old farmhouse was completely renovated and arranged in 2013.

With a surface of 35m², Le Petit Sondebois is composed of a main room and a bathroom-toilets in Burgundy stone.

Ideal for a cup, it can accommodate one or two children thanks to its sofa bed and a cot.

Fully equipped, it allows travelers to be completely independent: kitchen, table and chairs, staples, tea towels, sheets and towels.

A television is available, as well as free wifi access.

In fine weather, the cottage has its own terrace with a table and four chairs.

We offer a board for two people with local charcuterie and cheese from the region for 20 €.

Do not hesitate to ask us the wine list to accompany it and to go down to taste in cellar.

Nice stay

It’s a cosy cottage in the countryside. Beaune is nearby and a beautiful town to visit. The outside space around the cottage is nice and large with al lot of privacy. We enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing find! This little place was perfect for us, quiet area, friendly and helpful hosts, nothing too much trouble. The charcuterie board was divine and the wine excellent.

Well-appointed and cosy cottage in wonderful 300 year old building. Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed being welcomed into the old cellar to sample wine to go with our charcuterie plate!

Ideal for two.Quiet & peaceful.Main locations in easy reach by a network of quiet country roads, suitable for cycling at most levels.(unfortunately we didn't bring our bikes!)

Perfect studio

On our way to the South of France this was a perfect studio to spend a night. The owners are very friendly and if you are looking for a rural area this is a perfect choice. The studio comes with a garden with chairs.

Finally Free to Travel Again

Our first trip after years of covid shut down. This comfortable, clean gite is conveniently located for exploring the area and the city of Beaune. It is well equipped to cook in , and the quiet off the garden was perfect for bird watching, bat watching at dusk and star gazing with a a great Burgundy . The chacuterie tray and wine we arranged for our first evening was perfect after a long day of travel from Canada. A perfect setting to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, To life, Jan and Phill

Des vacances très reposantes.

Dans ce lieu au calme, dans une charmante petite maison de caractère, nous avons pu apprécier le repos et la détente mais aussi les balades dans les villages sur la route des grands crus, sans oublier Beaune et Dijon, des villes chargées d’histoire.

Ce gîte est vraiment agréable et propre avec un jardin où vous pourrez vous détendre. Tout accessible rapidement en voiture - vignobles bourguignons, Dijon... Seul le wifi n'a fonctionné que deux jours.

Volgend jaar gaan we weer!!

We hebben een prima overnachting gehad in Le petit Sondebois. We konden het alleen niet zo gemakkelijk vinden, Tomtom pakte het adres niet op.De gastvrouw en haar man waren bijzonder vriendelijk en het interieur was erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader!!

Le calme et la nature

C’était ce que nous étions venu chercher et c’est bien ce que nous avons trouvé dans cette très belle région de Bourgogne. Le gite est arrangé avec beaucoup de goût et nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour y revenir assurément.
