Vocance, small village in North Ardèche. You will find peace and quiet there. Vocance is located in the Vocance valley. Five villages make up this valley: Villevocance, Vocance, St Julien Vocance, Vanosc and Le Monestier. It connects the plateau of the Haute Loire to the Annonean basin.
You love nature, hiking, mountain biking, enduro… starting from nearby Gr. 26 km stretch of water, horse riding center, climbing site, Peaugres safari, various museums, visit of the old town of Annonay, visit of the fortified village of Boulieu les Annonay.
Small stone house for 7 people 70 M². Composed of a large kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, mini oven), a living room (TV) with sleeping area (1 double bed) + 2 separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed 90 and 1 cot), bathroom with toilet with washing machine and separate toilet. Charming small enclosed interior courtyard (garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue).

    De magnifiques vacances nature en famille : calme et tranquillité au rendez-vous. Lieux très propre et très bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux et conseils de visites au top. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes, paysages formidables, détente et déconnexion complète. Hôtes très gentils et réactifs en cas de besoin. Activités de notre séjour : randonnées, musée du car, musée des papeteries Canson, plan d'eau de Rochepaul, centre aquatique de Bourg Argental : nickel ! Avec météo idéale. Vraiment très ravis de notre séjour, même les ados 😉 Nous reviendrons sûrement...

    Un séjour parfait

    Un gîte magnifique très propre et avec beaucoup de charme, le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Tout est très fonctionnel dans l'habitation et pour les amoureux de la nature, plusieurs randonnées au départ du village même sans besoin de reprendre la voiture. Un très bon séjour pour nous qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien!

    Gite super ! en hauteur du village avec vue sur les crêtes, une impression d'être hors du monde, jardin très très agréable, vraiment ravie de cette location surtout en cette période compliquée, randos nombreuses autour de la maison, des villages très beaux ou l'histoire est au rdv.....

    Séjour bien agréable en Arcèche verte

    Gîte apprécié par temps chaud du fait des murs épais gardant la fraicheur, un peu sonore avec les toilettes dans une des chambres! Super expérience du four à pain qui a ravi les enfants + balades alentours aux points de vue magnifiques conseillées par notre hôte très sympathique!

    Super Haus mit netten Features wie altem Brotofen, rustikal-liebevoller Innenausstattung sowie sehr herzlichem Vermieter der jede Menge Tipps für diese wunderschöne und vom Massentourismus zum Glück verschonte Region auf Lager hat. Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil, Auto ein Muss! Dafür bekommt man verwunschene Dörfer, tolle Badestellen, ein Haus im Grünen und viel Erholung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!     site exceptionnel. Ensemble de maisons anciennes appartenant à une famille. Restaurées en conservant l'architecture originale. Quelques désagréments: escaliers étroits, échelle de menier, escalier en colimaçon.... Un peu inconfortable mais attachant. Le village présente peu de commerces. Mais les jeunes gérants du bar "BATAPI" se donnent beaucoup de mal pour diversifier leurs activités.

    Belle location dans la vielle pierre et la verdure !

    C'est un charmant endroit, tranquille, très joli, dans une partie d'un ancien château. Le petit jardin est adorable et donne accès à un petit chemin de verdure menant à la rivière. L'intérieur sur 3 étages est très agréable à vivre. Nous, on s'y est senti très bien !

    Ardeche Vocance

    Wir haben die 14 Tage in Vocance in unserem Haus L Escofii sehr genossen. Der erste Eindruck war sehr sauber, freundlich und unkompliziert. Kontaktaufnahme und Treffen per Telefon vereinbart. Der Garten sah auf den Bildern größer aus als er in wirklichkeit ist, reicht aber vollkommen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, das Ambiente ist wirklich beeindruckend. Man ist absolut ruhig und kann alles in vollen Zügen genießen. Beim Check in tolle Beratung durch den Besitzer was Wanderungen und Besichtigungen angeht; es gibt auch eine Mappe mit genauen Beschreibungen vieler Touren in der Umgebung. Wir fanden es richtig toll, daß der Besitzer, Philipe Souteyrat, uns angeboten hat ihn bei Fragen bezüglich Wanderungen/ Besichtigungen anzurufen, was wir auch in Anspruch genommen haben. Den von ihm selbst ausgegrabenen Ofen haben wir eingeweiht; der Steinofen funktioniert und hielt die Wärme hervorragend, sodass unsere Pizzen und Flammkuchen ein voller Erfolg waren. Wir konnten uns in diesem Urlaub richtig gut erholen und die Abgelegenheit des Dorfes in vollen Zügen genießen. Auch die Kneipe mit einer enormen Auswahl an Bieren und hausgemachter Pizza war den Besuch wert. Die Leute sind zuvorkommend und super freundlich und auch die Umgebung ist nicht überlaufen mit Touristen. FAZIT: ABSOLUT WEITERZUEMPFEHLEN Es war SUPER

Petite note: attention aux escaliers en colimaçon parfois pas très pratique avec un bébé.     A 5 copains en préparation de l'Ardechoise nous avons pu profiter d'une mise en train idéale avec le col des Baraques. Juste dommage la difficulté de trouver un resto dans le village ou tout près (il faut aller à Annonay ou à St Bonnet), mais les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très souples par rapport à nos horairres de départ,...
