Please note that the pool's availability is seasonal and subject to weather conditions, typically open from early May to early October, though dates may vary.
Lake access varies seasonally, generally becoming accessible from mid-June and receding around October. However, guests enjoy year-round beach access just 200 feet from the property at the Ranger Station.

Upon arrival, guests are required to register all members of their party and vehicles, as well as sign a registration form. Guests under 25 years old at the time of booking must also sign a liability form acknowledging our underage policy.

Incredible Stay

What more can you ask for? Tidy grounds, clean pool/hot tub, friendly staff, clean updated rooms, public park walking area across the street, views for days, and comfy beds! This was our first trip here and were very impressed! Can’t wait to book our return visit!

Lovely but short weekend

I will admit that upon pulling up to the property I was a little caught off guard because it didn’t look very nice from the outside. The interior was absolutely fine though and I had a great time. It is very centrally located so you can walk to a lot of the restaurants and shops! I was met with kindness by the people at the front desk enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying there on the 1st/bottom floor specifically!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at GrandView, and it has always been a great experience. The places are homey, and tidy, and come with all the essentials such as a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans that you can use during your stay. It is also within walking distance from town which is super convenient. We will definitely be back!

Nice Unit

This was a nice unit. Clean. Good furniture. Stove hood light was out. That’s super minor but it was important for us because one guest was elderly and we like to leave that on at night. Beds were good. AC adjustable in each room. Unit was right next to pool and grill. Good views. We would have liked to have streaming access on TVs, but, again, minor issue. Nice unit, well appointed and clean.

FAMILY VACATION - AWESOME

I've stayed at the Grandview and it never dissapoints. Great vacation for our family and the unit was perfect. We struggled a bit getting sheets for the hideaway bed as they thought they were in the unit and clearly they were not. They fixed things the next day and we managed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Super convenient to BBQ's and access to the lake and pool. AC worked great if you follow their instructions, and we had some hot days. Beds so comfortable and lots of pillows. There is an ice machine in the fridge which is super convenient for drinks but you'll need to get big ice from grocery store for your coolers as the ice machine on site does not work. We will book again, just loved our time and this unit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Perfect for bachelorette party

Plenty of room for 5 girls, great location, great access to water. Had everything we needed, AC worked great👍(110° weather.) One of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in! Only negatives were no early check in and they need to provide sturdier trash bags and more of them. Will definitely be staying again.
