Pet-Friendly: We're happy to host up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. Please keep in mind that there may be gaps in the fence, and it may not be particularly suited for smaller dogs.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

This is a spacious property for a large group. We all were comfortable, using all five bedrooms and 7 of the 8 beds. Having 3 bathrooms also was a huge plus. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. It’s not the Ritz but perfectly suited our needs.

Top Notch location!

Great stay, lots of space. Nice yard plenty of parking and location wow perfect location Easy 5 minute walk to downtown old Chelan lots of restaurants shops etc. The host are great as well very responsive! Can not go wrong here

Great house!

We go on a friends vacation every year and usually stay in a cabin in Leavenworth but we seen this house and so glad we ended up staying here! The house was very clean and in a great location, hot tub worked great! Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great time and we’re very impressed by this property. The host were great at responding fast! Thank you for the stay and we are definitely looking forward to booking this house again soon!

Great location!

Comfortable accommodations and lots of room for the entire family. One great benefit was the location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to in town. It was wonderful being able to take our pets on vacation with us. It would be an easy decision to stay another time.

Lots of room, great location

Not a better spoke to stay if you want an easy walk to downtown. We booked both of the riverwalk properties for a golf trip and had a great time.

Great property, even better hosts

We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room and was perfect for our needs. We also loved how stocked and organized the kitchen was. Best communication I’ve had with any rental and they were so understanding and helpful with our changes with our party.

We had family come to Lake Chelan from all over Oregon, Washington and Idaho. The house was roomy for all of us inside and out! Great location because we walked to almost everything, included a walking path to the lake. Thank you for letting us stay!

Awesome location!

We decided to have our annual family vacation in Chelan. The yard was large enough for the kids and dogs. Plenty of room for everyone and a very convenient location within walking distance to the lake, downtown and grocery store.

So much space and right in town!

We loved staying here! There was so much space and a quick walk to down town so we didn’t have to drive much! The only thing that could have been nice to know was there was another group staying in the other part of the house. We were woken up to them a couple times thinking someone else was in our part of the house before realizing there was a whole other group staying so close Over all great stay tho would totally recommend to anyone with a big group!

GREAT FAMILY ACCOMODATIONS

The property is large, separated and well equipped. the beds are comfy, and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate family gatherings. the hot tub was clean and ready...and there is a lot off outdoors activities right at your fingertips...easy roads to travel to get there even in the snow...would come again in the summer time as it is right next to the lake...

Amazing family location!

We had an absolutely amazing time! There was plenty of room for all of us. The table was big enough to seat everyone and there were plenty of plates for all. We loved our time here. The hot tub was an added bonus. Proximity to the shops and lake were so very nice! Thank you so much!

Perfect fit for our group

We were a group of 7 adult women. Number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms worked very well. Loved that it was less than a five minute walk to town and the River Walk. Morning coffee from Vogue was I hand very easily. Enjoyed two awesome dinners at the Landing Bar & Grill.

2021 with the Adult Kids

This place was amazing. Fully stocked with all the appropriate kitchen items and plenty of them. Beds were super comfortable layout was perfect for both adults and children. Location is perfect to walk down town and on the river walk.Cassandra was very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back.

great for family reunion

this house is what it says it is. we had 9 adults and 7 kids. and 2 dogs. The fenced yard was a must! we loved the recliner lawn chairs and the mountain view. and the well stocked kitchen and grill made it easy to feed the group. There was plenty to do and the weather was great.

Always Great!

This is the 4th or 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property for Winterfest. The house is always sparkling clean and the management responsive. (The dining room lightbulb was burned out and the management had it replaced within an hour--and it was Friday after 5:00pm.) This is the perfect place for a large group that wants to enjoy Lake Chelan shopping, wine tasting, hiking and/or lake activities.

Family Thanksgiving

This comfortable home was centrally located for our PNW family to get together for the holiday. It was comfortable and spacious. It is obviously set up well for large family gatherings (there were 8 of us). We didn't explore the area much but hung out at the house. The large yard was great for the family's two dogs and a pile of leaves was a particular enjoyment for the grandkids. Even though we didn't go out exploring the area, we are familiar with Chelan and have enjoyed its many features in the past. (Boat rides up the lake are a favorite.) One thing about the house to be prepared for is that it is a solid concrete block construction. Given the late November timing of our visit, the outside walls of the bedrooms were chilly. Fortunately, the owners provide simple to use and effective room heaters that easily take off the chill. There was one issue that needed addressing. We arrived to find the kitchen outlets not working. Talk about a Thanksgiving panic! We contacted the management company and they had a crew out in a timely manner and they fixed the problem right away. They were a friendly and competent couple of guys! Communication was great as the company checked in with us to make sure the job had gotten done. All in all, we had a great time reconnecting as a family in a setting that was beautiful (snowy mountaintop view from the dining room) and a home that was comfortable. We would certainly recommend it for family gatherings!

Rental property needs some love

We did enjoy our stay but there were glitches. We were there to check in at 4 and the cleaning crew wasn't quite ready. Actually she was still cleaning the back apartment. Our front unit was ready but we couldn't access till she was done. When we got into the house everyone took a bedroom and we settled in for our stay. Early evening I went into my chosen bedroom to turn down the bed and found that I had no bottom sheet, just the mattress pad which had a blood stain that hadn't been there very long as it hadn't turned darker red. I looked up my rental agreement and found a phone number to call for problems that needed immediate attention. The lady that answered was most apologetic and assured me that she would be there shortly with clean lines. To her credit she was there very quickly and remade the bed. We got settled and took a walk, coming back we started our meal for the evening. The kitchen was clean and ready to use. However the next morning when the coffee drinkers got their cups out the first 2 had serious chips on the rims. Fortunately, the chips were caught before using them so no one suffered cut lips. We set them aside but have no way of knowing if they have been removed from the premises. We also had only 2 dish towels and one dishcloth. That is pretty short for a group of 7 people. There was a notebook which should have had instructions of "how to" things such as running the TV, TV channels, how to lock the door, who to call for issues while there, etc. For the sheet problem I just happened to have that still in my phone and was able to get the necessary action. If this had been booked by someone not in attendance they would not have been able to solve the situation. Nothing available to look at. The toilet in the house middle bathroom wouldn't flush properly, even with nothing to flush down. The curtain in the front patio window has the curtain hung backwards with the tags showing to everyone. We don't know if Chelan has watering restrictions, we did observe as we walked each day that other homes had green lawns so don't think that was the issue. However, the lawn is drying up and the trees and shrubs around the fence are shriveled, turning yellow and dropping off. If this no water continues the property will be greatly diminished in appeal for those searching a place to rent. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient for us that liked to walk each day. Everything we wanted to utilize was close by for us to walk to.

House is a little dated with some loud doors that can be a hurdle to climb if you bring small children. Otherwise house is great, communication on issues was great, and location is tough to beat for the off season proce.
