All utility, Wi-Fi, Cable, Laundry (Washer & Dryer) share living room & kitchen.

No Smoking & No Drinking in the House Mandatory. The Guest can park their Car at front of the
House on the Street.
Our house is at the dead end street which is very quite and suitable for all the Business class people
as well as Tourist because it is close to NYC Bus Stop.
