Genial!!!!

Fidèle aux photos. Cadre enchanteur. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maisonnette est fonctionnelle, on y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire, elle est très agréable. Le propriétaire est disponible tout en étant discret. Je reviendrai très certainement!

Kleines ruhiges Ferienhaus mit großzügiger windgeschützten Terrasse

Wir haben uns bei Etienne sehr wohl gefühlt. Der uns nicht nur sehr freundlich empfangen hat sondern immer mit wertvollen Tipps und Besichtigungsvorschlägen zur Seite stand. Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, 300m zum Meer und dem Sandstrand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Parfait un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette.maisonnette au top a tout point de vue! Proche mer, nombreuses ballades, plusieurs plages de sable très agréables. Paysages magnifiques. Séjour des plus agréables. Je recommande sans limite. Je reviendrai très certainement. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant. Discret tout en restant disponible. A refaire.

Une terrasse très agréable pour y manger ou simplement se rafraîchir autour d un verre. Le coin même est sympa, plusieurs plages, chacune a son charme. De nombreuses ballades possibles. Merci Étienne, nous avons passé chez vous ces quelques jours de repos et reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion se représente. Bonjour à plume.

Einfach perfekt.

Wir drei (Vater mit zwei Kindern, 7 und 5) haben hier im Oktober eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Etienne ist ein ausgesprochen zuvorkommender und sympathischer Vermieter, ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Das Häuschen entspricht vollauf der Beschreibung und liegt (von der Straße zurückgesetzt) hinter dem Haus der Familie auf einem von Mauern und Tor umfassten Grundstück. Durch eine gute Anordnung hat man trotz der Nähe das Gefühl, für sich zu sein, auch auf der schönen Terrasse, auf der man bei gutem Wetter an einem großen Tisch sitzen kann. Es ist alles recht einfach, aber sehr funktional und aufgeräumt, alles da, was man braucht. Im unteren Stock gibt es eine voll ausgestatttete Küche mit Tisch und vier Stühlen, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle etc., sowie ein Sofa vor den bodentiefen Glasschiebetüren. Im hinteren Bereich führt eine Treppe (ein kleiner Verschlag mit Waschmaschine auf halber Treppe) zum oberen Bereich, der auch über eine Außentreppe über die Terrasse zu erreichen ist. Oben gibt es einen einzigen Schlafraum mit einem (französischen,140cm) Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, das nochmals ausklappbar zum 2er ist. Eine weitere kurze Treppe führt zu Duschbad und WC (getrennt). Das Häuschen befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ohne Durchgangsverkehr, die nahe Bahnstrecke stört überhaupt nicht, und zu einem netten kleinen Strand sind es 300m den Berg runter. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt es zwar nicht in unmittelbarer Umgebung, aber in der Nähe, ein Auto ist nützlich (das wir problemlos auf der Straße vor dem Haus abstellen konnten). Wer eine ruhige, entspannte Unterkunft sucht, 20 min vom Flughafen, 20 Minuten von der lebhaften (mit Kindern als Basis aber vielleicht nicht optimalen) Metropole Marseille, und fussläufig zum Strand: Buchen Sie, ohne zu zögern!

Excellent séjour à Carry le Rouet

Séjour très agréable dans une charmante maisonnette récemment rénovée . La terrasse au calme est un reel plus, ainsi que la proximité de la plage. L'annonce correspond à 100% à la maisonnette et son équipement. Merci également à Etienne pour son accueil super sympa. Adresse sans aucun doute à retenir.
