Pretty Villa in front of sea. You will appreciate the very pleasant terrace with sight on the handle of the Rouveau and without opposite and to make barbecues there. You can relax and cool (air-conditioned house) after the beach (within walking distance from the house) and walks to the seaside. The house is comfortable (dishwasher, washing machine, ...) and has 3 air-conditioned rooms and 2 comfortable bathrooms (1 with Italian shower, 1 with bath).

Seafront location ideal for long stays

Seafront location, excellent in all ways. Villa is very equipped since owners vacation here and many details in design and furnishings pleased us. We stayed in the downstairs sea view bedroom suite w walk in shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs are two additional sea view bedrooms, a shower tub and two sinks and a laundry room. The 2nd toilet is downstairs by the entry. Villa is about halfway between the two towns of Sausset les Pins and Carry le Rouet so a car is necessary of course. Many coastal strolls begin right out the door and are fabulous! The property representatives were extremely responsive to questions - super nice people. Highly recommend.

Notre 3ème séjour! Parfait pour nous un couple qui apprécie la vue, d'être sur la mer, la proximities des commerces, les balades, la calme, l'accueil chaleureux. Le cuisine est bien équipé, le lit comfortable, tout est comme les photos. Excellente!

Schönes Haus am Meer

Wir haben es sehr genossen in diesem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer. Alles ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Apéro im Garten mit Meersicht ein Traum. Joëlle ist super hilfsbereit und war immer für uns da. Es gibt schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Marseille ist mit dem Zug auch gut erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, zu Fuss ist der Bahnhof Sausset les Pines ca. in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder Ferien in diesem Haus machen, wir ören gerne noch länger geblieben;) Vielen Dank für alles!

Bon accueil . Bon séjour .Dommage que la vue ne soit pas plus dégagée . Gros problème de réception avec le téléviseur . Cuisine bien trop petite 1m50 sur 2 m ,et absence de micro ondes . Pas d'accès direct à la plage . Le parasol ne fonctionnait pas. La suite parentale et indépendante de la maison il faut sortir hors de la maison ,par le salon pour y accéder c'est un soucis si on a des petits enfants car les autres chambres sont à l'étage ., on ne peut pas les entendre ni les surveiller . Nous sommes un peu déçues .

Chère Jeanine Merci pour votre avis. A part la météo je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait faire que la vue n’était pas dégagée. Là dessus nous n’avons pas encore le contrôle. 😀 Pour la télé et le parasol, n’hésitez pas à le signaler pendant votre séjour la prochaine fois. Notre réparateur a pu régler le problème en moins d’une heure après que vous nous l’ayez signalé à votre départ. La cuisine est effectivement petite et sans micro ondes, la grande chambre accessible par l’extérieur , et tout cela précisé dans l’annonce. Je suis contente que ça n’ai pas posé problème vu que vous étiez deux adultes sans enfants pendant le séjour. Bien cordialement Nicole

Très bien située, une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, une maison propre et parfaitement équipée, des petites attentions adorables trouvées sur la table à notre arrivée notamment pour les enfants et bien sûr Joëlle, la concierge, d’une gentillesse extrême!

Super séjour, maison très agréable, avec une vue magnifique

La maison est très bien entretenu, propreté irréprochable, très agréable à vivre, on s’y sent comme à la maison, elle est très très bien équipée, que ce soit en vaisselle, en ustensiles de cuisine et Il y a même tout ce qu’il faut en petit électroménager. Elle est idéal pour des séjours en famille, il y a plein de jouets et de jolis livres à disposition des enfants et elle est très proche de la plage. Très Bonne communication avec Nicole en amont, et un super accueil de la part de Joelle, d’une gentillesse incroyable, qui a été très à l’écoute et très disponible. Séjour parfait, que du positif, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Encore un grand merci à Nicole et Joëlle.

Une vue époustouflante !

Très jolie maison, avec une terrasse dotée d'une vue exceptionnelle ! 3 belles chambres avec une bonne literie et une cuisine parfaitement équipée. Joelle a été super pour nous accueillir. Nous n'avons qu'une envie : revenir !
