Monthly rental available Bring your toothbrush and swimsuit. Seconding home from the beach is decorated with a beach theme. Beach chairs, umbrella, rafts, mats, skim board, boogie board, sand toys & coolers all provided.

Fall Special 10% discount per month.
Standard Rate $4650 per month (exception special event nightly rate)
**plus $250.00 refundable damage deposit within 10 days of departure damage

Enjoy beach view from the front lanai and master bedroom. Sparkling pool in privacy fenced back yard with large deck/patio, and gas grill for family entertaining. Hot/Cold outdoor shower. Fully furnished kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, blender ,crock pot. Many extras provided are indoor laundry & supplies.

Master bedroom with king size bed, a recliner and wireless Internet. Second bedroom has two double beds. Also a queen sleeper sofa in living room and another in the sun room. This home is clean, open and ready for you to relax.

Our street has private beach access with deck and walk over the dunes to no drive beach. Go shelling, look for turtle crawls, nests (but stay clear-they are protected). Fish, swim, play, sun. Just enjoy!

Flagler Beach and pier are 12 minutes north on A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd). Several beach restaurants in the area including one on our corner. Daytona Beach is just 5 minutes south on A1A for your evening entertainment. Area maps are available as well and restaurant information. Publix Grocery, Bealls Outlet, Family Dollar and Dollar General all within 1.3 miles.

Special find

Very short walk to beach. The pool was awesome and beautifully land scraped with palm trees and tropical plants and flowers. House was super clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay again

Clean and comfortable home. Very quiet location. Safe neighborhood. All the amenities you need! Excellent communication with host. Absolutely loved how close to everything it is! Nice short walk to a very nice beach. Overall an excellent place to stay! Highly recommend it!

The perfect getaway

We had the best time! Everything was perfect. The owners were easily accessible. Anything you need is there! Once you buy your food, there is no reason to leave. We will definitely be staying again and will be recommending to everyone we know!

My wife and I stayed at this fabulous home in May 2011 and could not have been happier. The home has everything you could possibly ask for, including a beautiful, clean pool, and a two minute walk to the beach. We simply can't wait to return and plan to do so in the Fall. I promise, you will not be disappointed if you rent this home.

Amazing beach house!

This house has it all! Location ✔️ Pool ✔️ Roomy ✔️ We loved our stay in this house. It’s a short and easy walk to the beach. With a front living room and a back “sun room” (that’s what we called it!) there was plenty of room for everyone. Very comfortable furniture helped to relax at the end of the day. You don’t want to miss this house! Thank you Mary for sharing your home! We look forward to coming back!!

Amazing beach home with perfect location to beach and restaurants!

We recently stayed here for our June vacation. We had a wonderful time and this house just made it 100% better. It may be small, but it’s just perfect for us. The house was very pretty and clean. And we were happy that we had two extra pullout beds, in case. We also love the short walk to the beach, not even 3 minutes!! The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were also great. If we come back to Daytona Beach for another vacation, we will definitely be staying here!!! (P.S. - if you’re looking for great dessert, Alfie’s restaurant has the best fried ice cream. It is only a 2 minute car ride down the road!!!)

Great vacation rental for the people from Great Britain

We had a wonderful time when we rented this accommodation in August. The house was a delight and had the comforts to make it a great holiday. The house was so close to the beach and it was great for an early morning walk before breakfast. The private pool was wonderful to cool down from the heat. We loved sitting on the porch watching the world go by and relaxing. The owner has gone out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and secure. She is also contactable should any situation arise which needs assistance, in our case we had no problems. We would highly recommend this rental and hopefully we will be sitting on the porch again in the future. THANK YOU MARY FOR ALL YOUR CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Uninhabitable

This rental was not fit for anyone to stay. The house next door was boarded up with people living in it. The inside of this rental had thick dust on the vents, food and crumbs on the floor, grease stains on the cabinets and a dirty washcloth with half used soap in the shower. We also had to wait a full hour after check in time to see that it was filthy. The owner agreed to refund our money, but we haven’t received it yet.

Great location

This is the second time we stayed at this location. First and foremost the location. It is just across the street from the beach making it perfect to set up the cabana and spend the day in the sun and waves. Afternoons were spent at the pool at the house. The best of both worlds. Will definitely rent again.

Needs some updates

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at this house. We have enjoyed our vacations in this house. I am a little disappointed that some of the small things that were wrong the first time we stayed are still wrong during the third stay. The washing machine drain overflows every time you use it (I have told the owner this the last two times we have stayed here). The dishwasher leaks water on the floor sometimes when you run it. The refrigerator smells and has every year we have been here. We enjoy staying here but some of this stuff needs to be fixed. I think the price and location are my favorite things about this house. If you stay say hello to the lady that lives next door. She is very helpful.

Great Little piece of heaven!

It’s near the ocean and has a nice little pool for the kids. Kitchen is functional but bring a cast iron skillet, fry daddy and a griddle if cooking for more than yourself but that will make quick work of dinner! 5-10m from all the action of Daytona with the isolation of Ormond. Many days on the beach are very private and open for fishing and kayaking out of the surf! See you again soon 4 Aqua Vista!

GREAT location

We had a great week in this house! Super easy walk to the beach. There is plenty of room for everyone with a living room and sun room. The dinning room table was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the pool area and used it frequently! The only thing that was bothersome was the AC, it was set to not go below 70. On days with the heat index of 105, we needed cooler air. We are already talking about coming back next year! Thanks Mary!

Excellent Vacation Rental

We had a great time in Ormond Beach! We had a little hiccup upon arrival but other than that our stay was perfect. The property was just as described, and the back yard beautiful & was well used by all of us. The house has everything you could need for a great beach vacation. The neighbor is so friendly & kind - we came home with plants from her yard! This was our first time in Ormond Beach & we’ll definitely be back! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beach house Mary!

Vacation March 2022

Dear Mary, Thanks very much for the vacation in your house. It is very lovely decorated, small pieces of floridian Flair. Nevertheless your house is very old and some things should be renovated. Within both bathrooms the windows are not possible to open, we had to use a bottle for holding up the windows. We think you should know, that some parts have to be renewed: Fly Screens. Pink Bathroom: sink + Toilette, it's nasty. showering fitting White-blue Bathroom,Soil pipes stinks Screen or blinds are missing(neighbor did renovations on the roof and could look into the bath) The Kitchen is old and inside the cupboard it's smelling very hard, we did not used the dishwasher because of the rust. It is nearly impossible to open the frontdoor from inside, because the doorknob is not to turn quite right. Some light bulbs and light switches doesn't work. Close to the beach and beautiful backyard oasis.

Great location, close to the beach and nice property. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing, with a nice pool. Some things are a little dated, but everything worked. Would rent again.

Wonderful house near the beach

A beautiful house very near the beach (about 90 yards walk across coast road and you are on the beach). Has a small but very nice pool in a wonderfully landscaped back yard. Brand-new washer & dryer. Long bench table in dining area is good for families. WIFI and cable TV both worked well. The dishwasher works well but is getting old and should be replaced soon.

House at Ormond

First off checking in was horrible.We finally had to contact Vrbo to get the door key code.House was in need of many repairs.just to lost a few the roof in the bedroom leaked so bad we had to move the bed to the other side of the room to keep the water that was pouring in from the ceiling fan from hitting the bed.The property owner would not answer the phone or messages.The master shower leaked on the floor,the lights where going in and out, but only at this house.When it rains water poured in from the pool area into the house.The front doorknob fell off,the chairs that where there for the beach only 3 could be used..I would not recommend staying here until repairs are made .Tje water pouring in from the ceiling was not only a nuisance but a major safety hazard as the bedroom lights could not be used.

Location is perfect

The pool and location to the beach was excellent. The house had many issues. Roof leaked on to master bed during rain, (owner did fix) front door knob fell off, the lights flickered all through stay, the appliances were extremely old, rusty and did not work properly. Frig froze all fruits/vegetables, oven cooked outer edges while raw in the middle. Slideing door did not lock.

Great location!!

This was our fourth time staying at Mary's home and we have loved it every time. Perfect location so close to the ocean. She has everything you need for the beach. Our favorite part of the house other than the location is the backyard. we love swimming and enjoying the scenery and privacy the backyard. We will definitely be back next year, Thank you Mary.

Our family loves the water, beach, sun and getting together. This beach is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach that the teenages and younger adults love.

Why they chose this property

This home is located on a NO drive county beach area with the Beach Patrol station within sight. Our street has it own beach deck and board walk over the dunes. The Bicentennial Park just a block away runs from the beach to the river and offers tennis, basketball, and picnic areas and a fishing dock on the river.

What makes this property unique

Walk to the river, through the park, on the beach. Use beach wagon to carry cooler, chairs, beach umbrella, your fishing rods to beach. Sit, read, talk, play on the beach and in the water. Then go back to the pool and play some more. A really relaxing get-a-way.
