I moved to Long Beach from the UK 30 years ago and I Haven't left yet. I love the California Lifestyle and the fact that you can be on the beach in the morning & ski in the afternoon if you want, I think is amazing.
Why they chose this property
I just love the Long Beach location, You can be In LA or Orange County so quickly its so in the middle, which is great for both business and fun. its so convenient. Also the people here are so diverse and friendly.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this home for the View and the Architecture and that you can walk to Second street & the Beach with shops & restaurants only 3 blocks away.
