We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a gated front 6patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run the dishwasher the night before you leave. We will hand wash any breakfast dishes.
Please leave all the bath towels and the beach towels in a pile in the kitchen before you leave.
Please text Steve at 626-255-6387 when you are leaving so we can get in and clean and refresh the house. Please let me know if anything needs fixing or replaced. Thank you and safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is only allowed in the front patio, with the front door closed.
Please do not un-plug the door (Nest) sensor, or your door code will fail, as soon as the battery back up runs out of power.

Great Beach Location

We spent a week at this property and loved every minute. Beach was across the street and the location was very convenient for us. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Would love to stay again when we are back in the area.

Everything you need

Nice amenities for family of all ages. Well stocked kitchen. Location near small park, ocean and bay beaches allowed endless entertainment for the little ones, even in cool weather. Steve was very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful location

Tight parking spots - especially for my pickup truck, but workable.I'd like to see privacy locks on the exterior doors.Everything of importance was provided. More than expected.Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Everything was as stated in the description. Steve was very quick to get back with any answers to our questions. Perfect location with the beach right out the door and lots of restaurants within walking distance. So much to see and do in Long Beach.

Awesome Beach House

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Everything was as expected or better. The instructions for an easy check in were very easy. All of the space was clean and comfortable. I have never stayed at a rented home with more comfortable beds. We slept like a rock. The neighborhood is close to everything by foot but was so quiet. We would love to stay at Steve's property again someday.

Steve,the owner is the best. Had everything you would need! Water, coffee, shampoo, etc. Even a washer and dryer. Very, very clean with a perfect layout…there were 6 of us. Perfectly wonderful vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Pack a bag and grab a few groceries and you will be set with everything else this house has to offer! The hosts are lovely and communicative. Location is great, can walk to beach shops and restaurants. Or a quick 15-30 minute drive gets you to many popular California attractions. So nice to have water in the fridge and everything for coffee and tea ready for us; kitchen is well stocked. House was clean and comfy. I could go on and on, truly no complaints!

Great Beach Location

Overall, this was a great family trip and we enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location. Could easily walk to most things you want to do. The house itself was well stocked for preparing meals. I did appreciate the water stocked in the fridge upon arrival. There was enough seating for the five of us and we enjoyed the stocked board games for family entertainment. The only reco for improvement would be more comfortable seating in living room and particularly the dining table, as the chairs cut into your legs when sitting, but I get it, that it is a rental and not like home, so I would still stay here again.

Family reunion perfection!

This stay will forever be in our hearts and literally life changing. We live in Florida and rented for an early holiday celebration in California. I was born and raised in California so all my family still resides there. This house was perfect proximity to the beach, local restaurants and perfect to just stay in and enjoy family. Needless to say, staying at the perfect beach house has prompted me and my husband to move home back to California. This property will provide you with everything you need, including memories that will last a lifetime.

You won’t be disappointed!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Working Home. The location is perfect! We enjoyed the more peaceful Bay Beach since we had our little one with us. We especially liked that we had designated parking spots that fit 2 of our cars which comes in very handy on the busy days. The vanities in the bathrooms are so nice with large pullout drawers under the sinks to keep all our bathroom bags. The beach chairs were a hit with the family! The enclosed front patio gave us extra security from the outside passersby but enabled us to still have the amazing views. The owners are very nice and checked on us when the fire alarm malfunctioned and then came over to fix it within a few hours. Many nice amenities here! We would definitely book again!

This place was perfect!!! We had a Blast hanging out on the Patio and being so close to the beach. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and Steve did something special that we didn’t expect. We went to use an umbrella on the beach and found that it had been left broken. I texted Steve to let him know and before I got back to the beach house there was a new one at the front door. Amazing guest service.

This is a beautiful home and property located in a great area of Long Beach/Belmont Shore/Peninsula/Naples Island. My wife grew up in this area and staying here put her back in the middle of all her favorite activities, places, and people--such a great stay. Steve is an AMAZING host--he communicates promptly, is very helpful, and even showed up with a vase of fresh flowers just after our arrival. Highly recommend this experience to others!

Great little property! Having your own parking was wonderful, clean home with everything you need for a beach trip. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and minutes to beach. Steve was a wonderful host and communicated great when anything came up.

Great Location

Steps from the beach! It was a great place for our family who needed a place to relax after lots of sight seeing. The unit is well stocked and maintained. It took us 25 minutes to get to Disney from the unit!
