Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo , 2 balconies, hi speed WIFI with FREE parking

Luxurious and large condo (1200sf) with 2 bedrooms (Queen beds in each room) and 2 baths. Professionally cleaned after every visit. As you enter the condo to your right is the Master bedroom with a door to close off from the other part of the condo. Inside the master bedroom is an adjacent large bathroom that is closed by French doors. This bathroom has a large glass shower, double sink and mirror. The front balcony is located off the master bedroom.Total privacy for you. As you enter the condo and turn left you will have all the controls for the A/C and intercom and a large hall closet. Continuing along is the Living room with 50" flat screen TV . Netflix and wireless internet included with a beautiful black sectional leather sofa. Second bedroom is separated from the Master bedroom by a hallway and the living room for total privacy. 2nd bathroom with a tub and shower is directly across the 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Dishware, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linens and towels. Shampoo and lotion. The back balcony is off the kitchen.

Montreal Vacation

Wonderful Visit to Montreal

Great property that is easy walking distance to Ave Sherbrooke Restaurants and Shopping. Plenty of room to relax. Spacious Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room. We enjoyed our stay tremendously visiting family!

Perfect fall weekend

Amazing Honeymoon Location!

Stephanie was so kind and helpful in all our communications. Checking in was a breeze and having a reserved parking spot was a huge relief, especially after driving to Montreal tourist spots all day. The place was lovely, in a quiet neighborhood, and only a few minutes walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other convenience stores. My husband and I hope to visit again one day!

Beautiful condo convenient to Metro

The condo is well-maintained and modern. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. The Vendome Metro is close, so getting around Montreal is super easy from this location. We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood - it added to our experience. Enjoying coffee on the porches was a highlight for us. Excellent property!

Perfect Stay

Communication was excellent. Quick response to questions and requests. Online pictures are accurate. rate. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Walkable neighbourhood,restaurants and groceries nearby and only two short blocks to the metro. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Family gathering 2023

Montreal Tour

We enjoyed the nice location near the vendome metro. The apartment was nice and big. Our car was a Subaru outback. It fit in the back OK with a little ground guidance. It stayed securely parked in the back while we used the metro. The neighborhood was nice with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. We especially liked Chez Fred Boulangerie around the corner. By the way, we used the Bon Jour taxi. from the airport to the apartment. The Uber service was terrible, and we had to give up trying and take the taxi instead. Montreal was great!

Great condo!

Great condo! Modern, spacious, clean, and very tastefully decorated with beautiful flooring throughout. Our host respectfully requested that guests remove their shoes upon entering the condo and even supplied slippers by the front door. This was no problem as we do not wear shoes inside our home, so we were happy to comply. All furnishings were high quality and quite comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro, restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. Our host left an information binder which was full of helpful information about the neighborhood and sightseeing. The kitchen and bathrooms are huge and updated and the washer and dryer are high tech! One very minor complaint, there was a huge laundry detergent container on the laundry room floor, but it was empty. Fortunately, our daughter brought a few Tide pods with her, so it was a non-event. This condo shows pride of ownership and it was a pleasure to stay here. Should we ever return to Montreal, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family visit

Apartment was spacious and functional, very pleasant stay. As we were visiting family, the location was convenient, as were markets and dining places close by. I would definitely recommend staying here……. As long as 2 bedrooms with queen beds meet your needs.

Dependable Montreal Pad

We come to Montreal ofter to visit our son and appreciate the high quality accommodations - always very clean and comfortable. We did not realize that the building has six separate apartments which are all more or less identical. Good to know - if one has specific preferences low or high floor etc.

Excellent vacation rental in teh city that is family and car friendly

Roomy, clean and very comfortable apartment that is spacious, modern and well appointed. Located centrally this place was a few minutes away from Vendome Metro station - five/six stops on the orange line to old Montreal or a few stops on the green line to McGill. Dupanier close buy for supplies and great restaurants close buy. a gem of a find as we had free parking in the parking lot behind the apartment building. Excellent stay - we would go back again.

Exceptional Property

This is a spacious and very well appointed apartment with great access to CDN/NDG. It is a rare two bedroom two bath unit with two balconies. Was very satisfied with this choice and will definitely return and recommend to others.
