Grandview #207 -This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.
 
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great Location but room a little beat up

I was happy to find a room over Labor Day and was not excepting perfection. Location was great but room was pretty beat up and had a heavy odor of strong cleaning supplies.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was run down and kind of dirty and cluttered and small. Not the best place I have stayed. the property was in clean room not so much.
