1600 m2 of enclosed grounds, with a beautiful secured pool (secure bar coverage and alarm), large terraces, barbecue, ping pong table ...

Located 20 km northeast of Montpellier and 40 km from Nimes and its Roman remains, between sea and Cevennes. The beaches (Carnon, La Grande Motte, Palavas ...) are 30 minutes.
Sommières, medieval city is 10km.
An environment of vineyards, pine forests and scrubland offers beautiful walks or bike from the house and the beautiful back country of Languedoc and Cevennes awaits you a few minutes.
River activities, swimming, canoeing a few minutes by car.

You will find all the local shops 2 km (pharmacy, doctors, bakers, butchers, grocery, newsagent) and many local markets.

Un très beau séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L’annonce est conforme à la réalité ce qui est très important, il n’y a pas de surprises. Un accueil très chaleureux, un panier d’accueil 🧺 avec des belles surprises et sans oublier la boisson fraîche. Une piscine propre, à bonne température avec son magnifique jardin. Prachtig , privacy en plezier

De ontvangst was goed, door corona dit keer door de eigenaren zelf. Korte duidelijke rondleiding in redelijk Engels. Info boekjes en kattebelletjes in huis. Moestuin die je mocht gebruiken met veel tomaten, prachtige achtertuin met mooie planten, hangmat en genoeg plek om te zitten. Zwembad is heerlijk en behoeft door de gast weinig onderhoud. De patio is de plek waar wij meeste uren hebben doorgebracht, van ontbijt, lunch, diner, spelletjes en borrel, het was daar fijn toeven met entertainment van de hagedisjes op de muur. De broodmachine op 1 km afstand is erg handig om dagelijks lekker brood te kunnen halen. Loopafstand, leuke wandeling. Gratis WiFi voor de tiener is perfect. Wij hebben geen seconde de tv aangehad. De bewoners zijn 1 x aangekondigd langs gekomen om de tuin en zwembad te onderhouden. De buurt bevat veel honden, waar wij dagelijks door werden gewekt. Al met al een heel erg prettige vakantie gehad in het huis van deze mensen. Bedankt en wellicht tot een ander jaar!!

Excellent séjour

Villa très agréable, très bien entretenue. Jardin et piscine (avec petite plage) strictement privés. Environnement très calme sans être trop isolée. Petits commerces (1 boulangerie et 1 épicerie à 5 minutes), grandes surfaces à 15 minutes et les plages à 35 kms. Accueil et propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques. Allez-y les yeux fermés!
