Penthouse with amazing views of the bay & city with large private dipping pool

“Wow!” is everyone's first comment when they enter our newly remodeled penthouse condo. As soon as you enter the condo your eyes are drawn to the right with the spectacular view of the bay past the grand terrace, with it's own private large dipping pool and beautiful waterfall feature. Before you head out to the terrace, you see the hammock in front of the sliding glass panels that open to the pool, which can open to the right or the left to give the condo the open concept. There are also glass panels where you go out on to the terrace. Open them both up for wonderful breezes and open air living. Then you turn to the left and see the beautiful brand new “chef's” kitchen that is well equipped and set up for entertaining. Also, when you enter the penthouse you see the extremely high ceiling with the beautiful ceiling fans. It is such an open floor plan and you feel like you are on top of the world. There is almost a full 360 degree view of the bay and city. The condo was remodeled in 2018 and is “stunning”, guests exclaim.

The views are so amazingly beautiful of the bay & overlooking the city. Madera beach is just below the building with La Ropa Beach and town within easy walking distance. There is also a private pool for the complex on the bottom floor, and it is a great place for guests to make lasting friendships with other vacationers and owners.

Imagine waking up and spending time on the bay side watching the sail boats, water taxis taking people to other beaches, people swimming in the bay or taking their morning walk on the beach, as well as the little beach restaurants setting up for the day. Just down the steps to the beach is a place on the sand for your wonderful massage. You can see it from the terrace. Ending the day is just as magical with all of the twinkling lights of the city and beach lights, and hearing the waves pounding the beach below. It is wonderful any time of the day on either side of the condo.

There are 3 terraces on the city side, one off of the upstairs master suite, one off the dining area, and one off the kitchen area with a BBQ for you to use. Restaurants are very close, as well as a convenience store ½ block away. The building also has 24 hour security.

Both master bedrooms have their own brand new ensuites and king size beds. The master upstairs takes up the entire upper floor and has it's own small refrigerator and coffee maker as well as a hammock for relaxing and reading your favorite book. The king size bed faces the bay for a wonderful view when waking up to another glorious morning. The breeze flows from one end to the other, along with the 2 beautiful ceiling fans make it very comfortable.

The downstairs master is on the city side and has it's own air conditioning, but the fan may be all you need to stay comfortable because of the wonderful breezes.

The kitchen is totally new and has a large refrigerator, a 6 burner gas stove, and a wonderfully large counter with bar stools. Purified drinking water is provided. There is also a dining table with seating for 6. There is wifi and a flat screen TV as well as a safe to lock up your valuables.

There is so much to do or just do nothing at all. You could just stock the refrigerator and stay in your own private oasis for days. If you want to get a bit adventurous, you can book a fishing trip, go sailing or snorkeling, or go visit a nearby town. There is a sunset cruise you can take if you desire. When we arrive, we both look at each other and say, “welcome home!”. It is just a wonderful place to be, and so many people say that it is their favorite place to visit in Mexico. It is such a comfortable town and you make so many lasting friendships. So many people book their next trip before they leave for the following year, so they can meet up with their “new friends”.
