Belle location très bien située

La maison est très agréable à vivre : les pièces de vie et la cuisine offrent de grands espaces, avec une décoration très chouette . Elle contient tout le matériel nécessaire pour vivre à 10 sans difficulté. Le jardin est très sympa, avec une terrasse pratique. Petit bémol : la salle de bains du bas et les deux chambres voisines sont assez exiguës, avec une isolation sonore assez faible.

The property is well situated and Henri, the man who welcomed us, was fantastic and a great help to us during our stay, even helping with a broken boiler on our arrival on a Saturday evening. We found the bedroom layout awkward and the bathrooms in the property were very small and tired. In our opinion, it didn’t offer value for money. We didn’t find the owners easy to deal with. We had to provide our own home insurance details to cover the house during our stay, which was something we've never been asked before. Upon arrival, an additional cash amount was requested for cleaning the property on our departure. This was not mentioned on booking. Finally, the owners were unhelpful, to the point of rude, when we tried to track down our security deposit which we had not received two weeks after they said they’d paid it.

La chaudière était effectivement en panne à votre arrivée et elle a été réparée dans les deux heures (un samedi). Toutes les chambres et salles de bain sont en photo sur le site et peuvent sembler différents selon l'oeil de chacun... Notre maison est bien assurée mais notre assureur nous a conseillé de demander aux locataires de demander à leur assureur une attestation de prise en charge sur la période de location par précaution; car en cas d'incendie ou d'avarie grave du fait de la responsabilité des locataires, l'assurance du locataire saisonnier sert à l'assureur de la maison pour répartir les remboursements : cela ne s'accompagne d'aucun surcout supplémentaire. L'option ménage est comme décrite sur la description du site Abritel, tout à fait optionnelle. Nous demandons juste que la maison nous soit rendue convenable. Si les personnes salissent et ne veulent faire aucune tâche ménagère, l'option est proposée. Le dépôt de garantie est retenu par Abritel, et non par les propriétaires. Après l'état des lieux, nous avions immédiatement donné notre accord pour que la caution soit rendue.

Maison très agréable et très bien située pour découvrir le Bassin d'Arcachon

Nous avons passé un séjour à 2 familles soit 9 personnes. Accueil très chaleureux, maison spacieuse et lumineuse située à proximité immédiate d'une petite plage à marée haute. Un bémol concernant la seconde salle de bain un peu petite. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, au calme, dans une maison très bien équipée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Claouey dispose de tous les commerces nécessaires.

excellent séjours en famille.

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines de vacances dans cette grande et belle maison. Nous y avons été très gentiment accueillis par François et sa femme qui se sont donnés du mal pour nous permettre d'apprécier pleinement notre séjours dans la région. La maison spacieuse, confortable avec un jardin très agréable est idéalement située à 2 mn à pieds d'une petite plage sur le bassin, à quelques minutes des commerces, du marché, des cabanes d'ostréiculteurs et à une vingtaine de minutes à vélo de l'océan. La maison se prête parfaitement à un séjours en famille, elle est très bien agencée et équipée pour que plusieurs générations cohabitent harmonieusement. Bref, une réussite !
