About this property

Lil' Lodges with 24-hour access to the dunes. Each covered outdoor living area includes an outdoor fireplace, a big screen DirecTV, a living area, and a dining table. The Lil' Lodge property is over a half-acre and includes paved parking and a circle drive. We have a lockable steel fence for security and lots of grass areas for the kids.

These new lodges are perfect for your family vacation to the dunes. Each lodge has a bedroom, kitchen/living area/ bathroom, loft area, and bunk bed area. The outdoor area includes a private outdoor shower common living, and dining area.

Guests have 24-hour direct access to the dunes. Trails connect you quickly to all riding areas. The property offers an irrigated yard, a large fenced yard, paved parking, and a circle drive. No more Sandburrs!

We do not live in Waynoka, but are available to answer any question that you have and solve any problems we can. Just text or phone. UTV Takeover weekend is reserved for repeat customers; five-day full rate; lottery; sole discretion of the Property owner; conflicts may be canceled.

The property is located inside the city limits of Waynoka. It has direct 24-hour access to the dunes via a dedicated. The only thing closer to the dunes is a campground for trailers and RVs. So, it's a great location. The property is directly adjacent to the city park, which is seldom used, except during big event weekends. It is very handy for extra vehicles, RV's, riding, and kids.

There is no public transportation available in Waynoka. It would be best if you planned to bring everything you need in food and drinks.

Waynoka has very few services. Waynoka has a convince store and gas station, a hardware store, a couple of bars, and some limited ORV maintenance available. The closest city with full services is Alva, which is about 30 minutes away. You will need to bring everything you need with you. This includes all of your food and drinks.

We loved The Lodge!

What an amazing trip! This little cabin is absolutely perfect for a weekend at the sand dunes! So cute, and accommodating. Communication was on point and so friendly. I messed up my booking dates, they were able to help me get them fixed and made sure that our stay was incredible. We will be back soon! 10/10 recommend!

Great spot to acess the dunes

Communication with the owner was effortless. I left a sweater that they mailed back to me very quickly. Access to the dunes is directly out door the door. We drove our jeep down the access rd. The location is behind a campground so you dont feel over crowded. 6 grown-ups in the unit would be tight but a family of 4 no problem.

Great for what it is!

I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. To go dune riding, the place was great. We felt safe, had plenty of room outside, and were able to get to the dunes quickly. However, Waynoka is just Waynoka and you can’t blame the owners for that. Trains extremely close and loud, no restaurants/food places, town is a little sketch. The cabin fit 3 adults and 2 kids great, but we are low maintenance. Only issue was no sheets or non-sham pillows on the beds. Ky was very responsive and easy to deal with!

The property was nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The lodge has soap for the kitchen and bathroom. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and soap as well. Also has several rolls of extra toilet paper and paper towels. Kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely rent again! We also had nice neighbors in the lodge next to us!

I personally developed this property to enjoy the Little Sahara Dunes. The outdoor area really makes this a unique property. The fenced yard offers security and protection of your equipment. The irrigated yard means NO Sandburrs.
