In a lovely quiet village, nice little house on family property, located 2 hours 15 from Paris by A6 exit Nitry (21) or exit Avallon (22), 25 minutes of Chablis cellars and 1 hour from Dijon.
A 7 km from Avallon or you will find all essential shops and services. (Hypermarkets, bakeries, post office etc ...)
The house is equipped with all comforts for a good holiday with a quality very nice and quiet stays.
Rental for 2 to 4 adults.
On the ground floor :
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, table-top refrigerator and all accessories for cooking.
Lounge, sofa bed (for your guests last minute) and closet.
Dining Area.
Bathroom, sink, toilet and shower.
Upstairs :
Large bedroom: double bed, folding bed (Fitou) 2 places for children.
Sitting area: Sofa and TV
pool Access:
The family pool is graciously loaned to you during your stay in the summer, children will necessarily be accompanied by an adult.
Despite all the attention paid to satisfy you and for the total success of your stay with us, in case of danger of malfunction, damage or health problems, we reserve the right to close its access without proof.
The tenant will have no recourse against the owner in case of forced closing of the latter.

Nice little house with spacious garden

Nice and comfortable little house in the Bourgogne. Spacious garden for children to play in, with use of the owners' pool. Beautiful region with lots of things to do and to see, also for families with little children.

Four night short stay.

This property is in a peaceful location and offers comfortable accommodation for a couple. The bathroom is downstairs but well equipped. The kitchen is adequate although a newer fridge and a small oven would make a big difference. We enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus in parkähnlichem Garten, toller Pool, Terrasse mit Grill zum Draussensitzen. Absolut ruhig, Spazierwege direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge ( Avallon, Vezelay, Montreal, Noyers, Chablis, Morvan…). Super U zum Einkaufen in der Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, diskret. im Haus kleine Küche, zum Kochen soweit okay. Alles gemütlich und sauber. Wir können es empfehlen!

Le choix de ce gîte fût vite fait... Parfait comme point de chute pour notre road trip moto dans ce magnifique parc du Morvan. Bien situé, au calme, équipé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Un peu frais mi-mai pour la piscine, mais elle était bien là... Des propriétaires bien sympathiques, à l'écoute et accueillants. Cet endroit est magnifique dans une région magique. Parfait pour, comme nous, des motards calmes et respectueux ! ✌️

Fantastic

We stopped at YanHui’s place for a few nights. It is set in beautiful countryside. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with beautiful exposed beams. Our children loved the pool and the huge garden. YanHui cooked us delicious Chinese food in the evening which we highly recommend. Avalon, a nearby town, is beautiful and well worth a visit. Thank you YanHui!
