Apartment two steps from the beach

The apartment is 1 bedroom and FOR TWO PEOPLE (we only rent it for 2 people). It has a very spacious living room and a terrace from which you can see the sea. It is located 100 meters from a beautiful beach.

The urbanization has beautiful gardens, swimming pool, paddle tennis court, basketball court, etc. You also have at your disposal a covered parking space and the building has an elevator, which reaches the same garage.

The area has endless beaches with crystal clear waters and beautiful landscapes. Zahara de los Atunes is 2 km away and is a small fishing village that has been dedicated to tourism in recent years offering excellent cuisine in its many restaurants.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities (windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing, whale watching, birdwatching, hiking, climbing, etc.), being a good starting point to visit such exceptional enclaves as Vejer de la Frontera, the Roman ruins of Bologna, Cádiz, Tarifa, the white villages of the Sierra de Cádiz, and even Morocco ...). Of course, the car is essential because public transport is very limited.

In short, a perfect place to enjoy this wonderful province and disconnect.

Note: Due to problems with the agency that managed the sheets and towels, this year we ask our guests to take theirs. We hope this is not an inconvenience. If so, tell us to try to find another solution.

Fueron cuatro días geniales, nos falto un par de días más.
El piso esta muy bien, la decoración, ubicación, las instalaciones y cerca del mar. Con Alfonso, fantástico, tanto las indicaciones para el piso como los sitios de interés que nos recomendó para ir. La pena que fueron pocos días. Queda pendiente ir en otra ocasión pero con más días para disfrutar de aquello.

Unas vacaciones estupendas en Zahara!
Una casa estupenda, con una localización fenomenal. Tranquila y con todos los servicios a mano. Una playa grande...mas no se puede pedir! Una pena que los últimos días el viento de levante nos condicionara un poco los días.

Well equipped apartment in a friendly complex.
Very nice apartment well equipped with Ikea furniture. Alphonso was very helpful and sorted out any small issues we had in a friendly and responsive way. The balcony looks out towards the sea and has the benefit of being shady throughout the day. The swimming pool is not open for early morning swimming being locked until 11am. Apparently this is usual practice in the area. Well recommended for couples.

Zahara de los Contramormos
Un sitio fantástico, sin ruidos ni gritos, a un paseo del pueblo de Zahara y a medio paso de una playa fantástica sin agobios de gente. Ideal para los que busquen pasar desapercibido, tranquilidad y lectura. El residencial posee todas las comodidades (incluida la piscina). El piso (muy limpio) es perfecto para una pareja con una terraza con vistas al océano. Alfonso es un chico de confianza, atento y siempre puntual. No dejeis de probar el "contramormo", la parte más exquisita del atún. Prometo volver algún día.

Cádiz is a great province with gorgeous natural environments: not only wonderful beaches, but nice mountains, people, and outstanding gastronomy, and you can enjoy of it all in Zahara, a little fishermen charming town

What makes this property unique

The apartment has lot of charm. You can see the sea while you swing in the terrace hammock and the beach is just two steps away.
The area has everything you need, specially if you come with children: swimming pool, private parking place, playgroung for the children, paddle tennis court, barbecue, etc.
