FRONT APARTMENT with a beautiful terrace with direct view of the sea and another continent.

It consists of 3 large bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one of them ensuite), is rented with garage in basement.

Recent integral reform with elegant and modern decoration and furniture.

Urbanization of Atlanterra closest to the town of Zahara de los Atunes. Within the urbanization the front apartment is in the first block, the smallest. Its bedrooms overlook green areas where there are no more apartment blocks built so much more intimate.

The urbanization is a gated community with lots of green area, has a large excellent adult pool overlooking the sea and another for children. Two paddle tennis courts with artificial grass and night lighting and recreational swing area for children as well as rest areas with umbrellas.

The views from the terrace are spectacular, there you have breakfast, lunch, dinner ...

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed with bathroom inside and direct view of the sea and two other bedrooms with two beds each and fitted wardrobes, the beds and mattresses are all new visco-gel.

It is a wonderful home very close to a fantastic beach and a chilling ocean.

House is in a fabuleos parc close to the beach and the sea. Wonderful view to Afrika. Many nice bars and restaurants nearby. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Jesus as the home manager was very friendly and helpfull. All together we had a great time in Atlanterra.

Gracias, Jesus, por tu hospitalidad y por lo bien que nos habéis recibido en Zahara. El apartamento es una auténtica maravilla, ubicación perfecta, y vistas impresionantes,... Todo limpísimo, y muy bien equipado.
